I was very happy with the items I bought there today. When I shop anywhere I usually end up taking things back and now with surges in prices it can be really be stressful. But today I fully enjoyed my experience shopping at Ross and found several items that were priced in my comfort zone and they are so soft and flow nicely!!! And they had long skirts which I love and I got one. I have not been able to find these skirts for about 2 years. So Ross had them today and that made my day!!!

I used to love shopping at this place until today . I usually shop early in the morning and today I got out of work later so I must say The evening staff is completely different then the daytime staff . In a bad way . They’re rude, short , unprofessional, not friendly , the staff is no where to be found in the entire store (maybe one person) , & they had one person at the cash register with along line . When I asked the assistant manager for assistance . He seem highly aggressive and aggravated. Needless to say I don’t feel comfortable shopping there unless it’s early in the morning,for now I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a diffuser. When I got home the diffuser worked for one hour and kept shutting off I threw the box away but I have the receipt and they will not take it back at the Voorhees store. I sent an email two days I haven’t heard anything and their customer service is not good at all. I lost $16.99 they should guarantee their products especially because I had the receipt they needed a box code the box code was on the receipt. I have made up my mind that I will never ever shop in any Ross anywhere in the USA. They have the worst return policy I have ever heard of. So they leave me no choice to not shop in their stores anymore. Thanks for nothing Ross

Troy is an excellent manager and always helpful and friendly For the other female manager I would never set foot in this store She refuses to smile, refuses to acknowledge a greeting from customers even though it should be her greeting. Goes around the store with the most miserable nasty attitude Don't make the mistake of asking her anything Thank you Troy

I tried to return a pair of name brand jeans but could not fine my receipt at the voorhees store. The manager Marie told me I cannot return the jeans without a receipt now I have a pair of tight jeans I can’t do do anything with this is the only store I know that won’t at least give store credit back. They definitely lost my business I will never shop at this store.
