Worst customer service ever, was in line for self check out and two of the self check outs were down. So since the two that were available and were occupied by customers I went over to the register across from them since a lady was helping ring out the people that were waiting. Once it was my turn she legit left the register and said “oh I’ll be back” and started helping everyone else. I legit had two small things that I was carrying in my hands and that was it, even had my card out to pay, super quick and super easy. I ended up going to the self check out anyway after everyone behind me was done using it. Absolutely ridiculous, won’t be coming here unless I absolutely have to.

I absolutely cannot stand this place anymore. Customer service is the worst and you cannot find anybody especially in the electronics department. Since this pandemic customer service in all types of stores just had sunk to a new low. These kids working in stores don’t care about customer service. They all wear crocs which blows my mind how corporate even allows this. They wear pretty much anything they want. When you ask them a question they stare at you and have nothing to say. This generation is just lost and so are most these parents raising these kids.

While checking last night around 7:45pm, I was refused service after waiting in a line for about 20 minutes behind 3 other customers. I asked the cashier, an older woman by the name of Margaret, prior to being waited on if the store did cash back? I was told yes, but only up to $40. After waiting patiently to make it to the front of the line, she proceeded to tell me that she could not give me cash back because she had no cash in her drawer. After repeating what she said to me to confirm, she then said she only had large bills. She directed me to go to another line to get cash back. I kindly declined and explained to her that after waiting a significant amount of time to be checked out I would not be waiting in any other lines. I then asked her to call the manager over to get change for the big bills. She put her light on to signal for the manager, and began ringing the next customer. After completing the check out for the gentleman behind me, I watched her hand me over $10 in ones. I then looked at her and asked her if she was serious. She then proceeded to get loud and said "What? I do not have cash in my drawer. I only gave him $25 in ones. " After continuously asking her if she was serious, she got loud and asked me if I was serious as if I had done something wrong. I was in sheer disbelief at this woman's behavior. I was being treated poorly, and after being courteous to her, I could not understand her behavior. I was taken to another register by the manager where I explained the story to her. At that time, she kept offering her apologies, but not one resolution. I asked the manager how would I know what the resolution would be? Only then did she give me a paper with a pen to write my name and number down. I will not be shopping here again after this horrid experience. Target, please do better screening when hiring your employees. I understand staffing shortages are real. However, you have forever lost a customer because of this!

Worse customer service. I placed an order for delivery, free delivery, well I see why it was free, it never arrived!! Tried calling customer service and when someone finally answered after three attempts of 50 rings each, I get an incompetent worker that after talking to her for 25 minutes gives me another number to call. I call that number and they can’t help me either, and gives me another number to call. I give up, but I’m not getting charged and receiving nothing. I am done buying anything at targets ever again!! I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

They're products are conditioned well and general merchandise is very well organized. However customer phone service, in person customer service and guest pick up is by far unprofessional. The order email confirmation said ready for pick up. The employees turned to my pick person and said "your order is not here maybe you should get a refund and started to laugh."after giving them the confirmation number. None of them even looked they just stood there staring. It was unbelievable unprofessional,rude, unnecessary and showed incompetence. This is supposed to be an ease as a customer.

I normally enjoy going to this target in Voorhees but the last couple of times that I was there I very disappointed. The place was dirty, merchandise was not in the right place where it belong. There was spilled syrup where the comforters were at. I told my cashier about the spell syrup and he was nonchalant about it. he wanted me to go to customer service and let them know. Who is the manager of that store?? My visit was horrible I will not be shopping at target in Voorhees again

I LOVE target for their general consistency, organization and great customer service across the country. I expected this one to be the same! It’s an absolute nightmare. Products are legitimately thrown all over shelves, on racks and straight on the ground. There is no hope of intuitively finding what you’re looking for in the chaos, and employees know this so are constantly scurrying away from you as you approach to ask for help. Its like a scene from a zombie apocalypse movie, except all the zombies are wearing red shirts running away from you. The real kicker - the cashier left security tags on *everything* I purchased with a security tag. So it turns out the insane amount of security tagging is just for show, they trigger no alarms and the employees aren’t even aware of them. Save yourself a headache and go to any other Target!

Usually I like this target but today was disappointing. Everything was fine until we checked out. The employee checking us out was an older gentleman wearing gardening gloves and a neck gator as a mask. He literally threw what I was buying on the metal counter at the end of the checkout and then when he removed a security device from a pair of shorts he then instructed my 10 year old to throw it in the cart behind us. My daughter does not work for target and this man had no right to even address her.

The staff is extremely helpful, and really nice. This establishment like most Targets has a variety of items, and it has relatively good deals on most of their items. I visit this target frequently, and I plan on continuing to do so. My family and I have yet to have a negative experience. Hopefully everything continues as it is! Kudos to the staff, which make the experience great every time.
