Horrible in every way. Customer service reps are so rude, nasty and ignorant. What is really sad is that they are terrible to the patients whom are sick and not well. Do your research before you use Lincare. Make sure you check your guidelines with your insurance company. They make their own rules, especially when it comes to a poc ( Portable oxygen concentrator). They said to my sickly husband "we are not going to hand you over a $3000 piece of EQUIPMENT". The doctor wrote for a portable oxygen concentrator which my husband needed. We changed oxygen supply company to Ocean. There were no issues with any of his equipment. Customer service is excellent and delivery person was so kind and Compassionate. And they had no problem handing over a $3000 piece of equipment to my husband. Lincare sucks. Terrible. Shame on them. Read their reviews and you will run for the hills.

Horrible & horrifying experience! If you want to have someone speak to you very belligerently & not apologize this is the right place! I was going to get my oxygen & supplies from them but after being talked too like this woman did me over the phone....."Was" is the key word. They need my business I don't need or want theirs! Read the reviews, most of them seem to be true!

This place is terrible they sent my packages to the wrong address for months and then they sent me an invoice charging me for them all. They are completely wrong!! I switched to a new one and they been amazing. This company is no good. Do not go to them find another company.

Worst customer service! Reps do not fill requests and ordering is disorganized. Search for another cpap company and proceed at your own risk but trust me you will be disappointed if you choose this firm.

If I could give a zero i would. Whoever Beth is, she is very rude and uncaring. My mom recently was put on hospice and then passed away. I called this company and left numerous messages about picking up the equipment when she was placed on hospice. After she passed away again I spoke to someone to come and pick up the equipment. An appointment was placed for today to be picked up. Not only did they not pick up the equipment, they rescheduled again the appointment. So my family needs to have even more reminders around the house about my mother's death. Also beth told on herself as well. I spoke to her the first time to set up the first appointment and she told me the same information as she did today. This company's customer service is horrible. If you don't want to work, please just don't. With nasty attitudes, you should not work in customer service nor dealing with people that are possibly going through the worse time of their lives.

Phone reception less than pleasant. Attitude for a basic question. Must learn how to talk to people if you want to continue in customer service. The gentleman I dealt with who serviced my oxygen machine, on the other hand, was quite amiable and understanding.

To talk to the people on the phone you are put on hold for extremely long periods of time and/or disconnected. The people on the phone lack customer service skills and the ability to communicate with others professionally.
