This location was supposed to deliver an oxygen concentrator and battery backup…never showed up…never called…called the office and was told the driver would call…I stated if they could not resolve then I would ask the doctor to set this up with another provider AND the woman was flippant…like she didn’t even care…great way to run a business!!! Zero stars!!!

Called to see if they repaired c-pap machines. The woman who answered said "Did you buy it from us?" I said no, he had it when we moved here and she said rudely NO. Wow! Haven't heard anyone answer the phone so rudely in a while. The smart thing to do would have been to say bring it in and we will look at it and then try and sell us a new one. Won't ever be going there to purchase anything.

HORRIBLE service!! I have now called 19 times in the last 3 months, trying to schedule a fitting for a new style of cpap mask. I am either told someone from appointments will call me back, or left on hold 45 minutes to an hour. UNACCEPTABLE! This is a true medical necessity, and they don't seem to care! I need this machine to sleep well, and have not been sleeping well for nearly 4 months. I have even had my insurance company call them and no one calls me back. Do not use Lincare!

I had the worst experience dealing with this company. They ignored phone calls and did not show up for scheduled appointments. Even the escalation team did not address my concerns nor return my calls. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and poorly run company in my life. As a result, I am moving to a new provider. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very poor customer service. (They also delete negative comments) They can't get here for 2 more days, and their "menopausal" staff member asked US, to bring my husbands non functioning device, to THEM. They advised us to use our LARGE green oxygen TANK, in the interim, for transportation. (not a realistic option, for someone who is ill or elderly.)

This specific location of LINCARE has some of the best staff and most understanding and fair manager I've ever encountered. They're always willing to come to my home when I need them. Rain/shine/snow- whatever the weather may be. The technicians and Customer Service Repa are by far the most helpful I've encountered. Due to their care and intellect - I made the move from Comfort Sleep to Lincare as my father and step father have. We will use this company for life. My grandparents even use and swear by them.

I gave one star but that is because this doesn't have a minus. Had my machine changed over 6 months ago. They never updated the file for the new mask. Then when I ordered supplies they sent the wrong one. Had to return that then they told me that I couldn't get the new mask until I returned the wrongly sent items. After debating this with them and my insurance they finally sent me out the head piece but instead of small they sent me large. Had to return that. Then the mask was not sent and I had to call them 3 times to get this sent. I reported to my insurance company who sent me to a new supplier. IF YOU DOCTOR TELLS YOU TO GO TO LINCARE>>>>>>>>>>>>>RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. STAY AWAY. This company does not care about that you can't breathe, that you need these supplies they just want the almighty dollar. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN

I rented "sleepstyle2000" device from this company but it did not work well for me and so I asked to pick it up about 6-8month ago. My request was ignored. Company continued to bombard me with call for resupply even so I said I can't use device and I dont need anything Finally I start to bombard them with phone calls to remove device from me and stop account. After 1 week I finally schedule a pick up between 9-12. Guess what?
