Ordered a dresser here last week and changed my mind when I realized I got the measurements wrong. When I called and asked to cancel my order, they informed me about their no-cancellation policy (found in the fine print, of course). Since it hadn't begun shipping to my house I figured I'd ask for some flexibility. Nope! Lesson learned, shop at somewhere with better policies.

Just bought a new bedset from these guys and let me tell you, their customer service is incredible! They will joke around with you while maintaining professionalism at the same time. The bedset me and my fiancée bought had a small crack on it and they were very open about it and unlike most furniture stores they mentioned the miniscule damage and brought the price from $1899 to $799 all because a tiny crack in the glass on the headboard which is barely noticeable. Delivery for furniture is between 3-7 business days but they have great financing options and no matter your credit you will get approved for at least a 3 month option, but they offer a 6-60 month payoff range if your credit is good enough. I highly recommend these amazing people if you are looking for any furniture. They are cheap and have amazing customer service.

The first impression was great, helpful people and good customer service. However, once we had purchased our dining set. As we opened the box, We were mortified to see that the table was deeply scratched in numerous areas. Once we called, they had a demeanor as if they were not responsible anymore. And stated they couldn’t exchange because “they looked at it” before they gave it to us. Now we are stuck with a damaged table..
