All pumps were out of order and main signage for regular gas was on the fritz, I wish the owners would have updated their Google My Biz profile so I could have found another gas station that was in service

I just went to the BP gas station in Hales Corners at 4:10 PM on Janesville Rd. In Wisconsin it is REQUIRED that you wear a mask. As i entered the BP store there was a young girl who currently is battling cancer. She and her friend were wearing a mask. She and her friend were discussing what candy to get. Now this store area is very congested and small like most gas stations. The clerk behind the counter was not wearing a mask or any type of facial covering. The clerk, for all we know may be asymptomatic or have the ccoronavirus. I am appauled at the idea that she , showed no concern for the life of that young cancer patient and no concern for others who enter the store. I am not going to continue to patronize the BP gas station anymore. As a business owner i would no longer allow my employee remain in my employment. Masks are mandated in the state and that young girl's life and everyone's life matters.

Just responding to Mrs Cindy's post the young girl in question is NOT A cancer patient, she suffers from alopecia. Therefore wears the head coverings. Mandate is a strong recommendation not a law or mandatory as stated in the post. Please contact your local health department before making assumptions as you did, Hales Corners health dept. Will tell you the exact response I did. Have a blessed day

I was a loyal customer of this gas station since 1986. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this station ever again. I wanted to write a review to tell everyone the type of service you can expect from this owner. I purchased a defective product and walked out the store. Upon opening the packaging (in the parking lot) I found the product to be defective, went back to the store to return the product and was informed by the clerk to take a new one. Upon returning to the station another morning to fill up and may another purchase, the owner confronted me with accusations that the security cameras were reviewed and I owed him money for stealing. He further accused my of purposely damaging the product only to return it and get another without paying. I would have no incentive to pay for a product, damage it and then return it for a new one. It makes no sense and his accusations are not only wrong, but offensive and bad business. I paid for the item because I will not be accused of being a thief. I have asked all my friends and family to no longer stop at this station. If you are considering shopping at this station, please think twice.
