Today customer service from the pharmacy department was horrible. Request to have prescription filled the pharmacy tech entered and filled the WRONG prescription then got upset with me, when I said I don't want it, mind you the request was at 1pm she told me the same tech that took the request to come back close to 4pm. After that adventure where I told her to pause because she clearly lacked the ability to own up to her mistake!!. Her frustration evident when she finally figured out the correct medication handed me off to another tech who then rudely came on the speaker and said I quote "pick up your medication" NEVER offered any advice or asked me if I wanted the pharmacist to consult with me. Guess I can figure it out, maybe they are not aware of the legal implications behind not offering a pharmacist to provide advice to a customer. They need to keep the more mature lady tech and the pharmacist that works there because I have had excellent customer service several times before. Clearly the two younger techs lack customer service training and SAFETY! Good thing I know how to teach my son to use his albuterol inhaler to treat his life threatening asthma condition. I don't know how people that are so unkind and lack the ability to take accountability for their own actions sleep at night. The customer is not always right but you can do your job to keep the customer safe and the customer has a right to let you know it is not safe give them the wrong medication or not offer medication advice.

horrible customer service, will randomly change your prescriptions whether it be the time to pick up or where to pick it up. waiting time is atrocious, it seems no one in the pharmacy has ever used a computer in their life.

Horrible pharmacy. Nurse called from my grandmother's hospice care letting us know her morphine prescription was ready for pickup. When we got there to pick it up we were told it was sent to a different Walgreens pharmacy through them, which would close in 10 minutes, and this was the third time picking up the prescription at this location. The girl at the counter really didn't care, and now we are hoping what is left of her last prescription lasts the rest of the night. A total nightmare of a situation to deal with on top of what we are already going through.

Excellent service and extremely friendly staff. I mostly pick up prescriptions for myself and family members and have never left this store with a question unanswered. The pharmacy staff is always willing to go as far as possible to help.

There is a female pharmacy technician here who I would love to see get back handed by Karma. If they are not going to fill your prescription, for whatever made up reason that they refused to hand over my prescription for over 48 hours, then why are they even a pharmacy? I was treated VERY rudely by this woman, wish I knew her name. I have never been back. Still don't understand why I was able to transfer my prescription to the walgreens on 76th and Coldspring and get it filled within 2 hours but the chick at this pharmacy kept making up excuses for over 48 hours!

Thank goodness for mail order presc! These employees are constantly turning over...whether its cause they get fired due to being totally incompetent or cause they are SO RUDE and ignore customers in the drive thru to chat or be on their cell phones. We ALWAYS have issues unless John the pharmacist or Arlin are there! John and Arlin are GREAT and always help quickly without being rude like you just interrupted them. With the CONSTANT turn over of employees in the pharmacy, you would think they could get people with customer service skills!!

a very very horrible woman works in the pharmacy at this location. I refuse to ever go to this location again because I was treated so INCREDIBLY rudely by this female pharmacist. I will never forget how horrible she was to me for absolutely no reason. she tried as hard as possible to NOT fill my prescription and kept me waiting for days until finally I just had it filled at the greenfield location, who filled it immediately and weren't rude to me. I hope karma gets you, evil woman.

Love this Walgreens. The pharmacy staff is very friendly. One pharmacy employee, I forget her name, but I'm pretty sure it starts with a T, I was having problems with my insurance and she went above and beyond to call them and straighten things out. I get all my family's prescriptions filled here now.

If I could give no stars , I would !! Made my husband wait an hour in store for prescription to be filled. They asked if he would be waiting, he said yes. I went in after 45 minutes of waiting for him, she said prescriptions take an hour to an hour and a half to be filled. After I went back out ( so I wouldn't say anything bad out loud), he comes out 15 minutes later and tells me the lady said they fill all the other prescriptions in store before they take care of walk ins !!!! Never told him that...I have NEVER waited that long at any place for a prescrip. ... Not good business.... the best service is at 27 th & Ohio... 10 minute wait...

My dad went in to pick up a wedding photo book he had pre-paid for and the clerk gave him a hard time and escalated to her manager because she wanted documentation that he had the rights to print the photos. That documentation is in Texas with me, not with my 65 year old father in Wisconsin (age profiling maybe?). We've had multiple photo books of the same photos printed there previously with no issues, so I'm not sure why the change all of a sudden. If you use this location, be ready to be required to prove you own the photos you are printing.Good luck if you have a photographer in the family. My advice - print at a different Walgreens.
