Misleading signs of deals and they won't give you the deals at the counter... Also count your change if you use cash there. I spent $36...I got $44 dollars back.

I filled up my tank on Wednesday night and the next morning I drove 3 hours to Wausau to use up the entire tank of gas!!!!!! 🤨 The normal usage is less then half a tank. Filled up on my way home at a different gas station in Wausau and arrived home with more then half a tank. I will be reporting this gas station to the appropriate place to have this investigated as I’m sure this is happening to a lot of customers.

Rude. Left the items and walked out after swiping (and having it process) my credit card 6 times. The cashier just kept angrily telling me to enter my pin number. Now I have to go check my credit card statement....

I have been going here for a few years now as I like close, and used to work next door 3rd shift. I have never had a major issue with the gas station or its owner, and the owner has always been super nice and personable with me and my girlfriend. The owner works a crazy amount of hours, and is always down to have a conversation or two.

Owner is very rude and degrading. Expired products, lies to customers, overprices snacks, and extremely cold and not helpful with customer needs. Absolutely appalling

Wish I I could leave a zero. This place is a total rip-off. The discount for being a loyalty through picknsave came up as $0.03 last night which is impossible as it only registers at a amount of $0.10 per $100 spent. I advised the gentleman behind the register last night who then told me that the computer cannot be wrong, computers are not wrong. Even advised me that I should just go somewhere else. I asked if you could attempt to ring me up here which other BP gas stations have done and he told me no. I asked if there was a manager and owner somebody I could get in touch with he advised there was none. Don't do business here not worth your time or your money.

Stay away. Car Wash doesn't work well, but it's better then owners attitude! Cannot recommend this place to anyone. If looking for a car wash go north a mile, much better one.

The owner of the gas stations is the worst I’ve ever experience and he can go back to where he came from. The bathrooms were horrible and urine/liquid everywhere. When I went to wash my hands no soap. I had to ask for it. He couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder and the d**khead owner had the audacity to calm down. I grabbed a “soap” outside and it was watered down to nothing. Cheap ass owner can’t spring for handsoaps for customers. When leaving he confronts me and tells me if I’m using the bathroom for “free” I need to calm down which would put anyone off. Free, as in the gas I’ve purchased at his station in the past. Won’t ever go there again. There is a station right across the street. Go there instead.
