Last evening my husband got a Covid Booster here. There was a medication error and we were sent an email with the wrong person’s name and address. I spoke with the “manager” who blamed it on my husband. My husband had given him ID and our insurance card. He said he would change it in the system but couldn’t send me an email. He told my husband our insurance didn’t cover the flu shot but I now assume it was the other person’s insurance!! This is nuts!! Beware

Posting specifically about the Pharmacy - I recently moved out of the country and had anxiety about refilling my heart med prescriptions. A timely family wedding in the U.S. brought me back JUST in time to get more meds. I knew I'd potentially pay a lot for the prescriptions, but my cardiologist tried to mitigate the cost by prescribing generics. Despite that, one of my 3 meds was over $360. I shrugged and said, "I need it"...Jerry stepped in to see what coupons he could apply to the scripts, and washable to save me over $240!! THANK YOU Jerry. That was greatly appreciated.

Cashier Charlotte was very rude to myself as well as other customers when checking us out. I had ordered pictures for pick up and charlotte gave me the wrong pictures after I clearly told her my name two times. After I paid and realized it was not the correct order she did not even know how to process a refund. Been here other times and cashier Jimmy is so sweet and goes above and beyond for customers!

I've been using CVS Pharmacies my entire life, but this one is the best. The employees working here actually care about the people coming in, regardless of how busy they are. Michael goes above & beyond every time & truly helped me figure out a terrible situation with an important neurological medicine needing to be filled. Thank you to Michael & the very, very, very hard working team at this CVS Pharmacy location.

I was visiting relatives with grandchildren (toddlers). One of the grandchildren began to have stomach troubles so her mother took her to an MD and got a prescription which really helped a lot. However, the reason for this review is to let others know how much I appreciated the staff here finding a discount coupon for the medication, cutting my cost significantly. This is going above and beyond the call of duty and should be commended.

I love this CVS! I've been to thousands of CVS across the country, I have the CVS logo tattooed on both of my arms. This one is by far the best, the staff there are amazing and helpful, and when I wanted energy drink recommendations the staff were extremely knowledgeable!!! I would give 50 stars if I could.

Employees are always extremely helpful and friendly. Always greeted on my way in which is always a very food thing. They also offer some great products, including the Battery Caddy. They were the perfect Christmas gifts this past Holiday season. A huge hit with the family. A+ for sure! Highly recommended.

This is a great location and I have been coming here for all my convenience needs, I have high hopes that it will continue to be a good store. I had a bit of a bad experience this past time, I went to purchase some Viagra because me and my wife are attempting to have a child, after 35 years of marriage. We finally decided to give parenting a go. Well, Geraldo the manager gave me an odd look and I overheard him telling another young lady that I was too old. I'm sorry Geraldo doesn't get any unlike me and my wife. Again I have been enjoying this establishment for years, Geraldo do better.

This CVS IS A JOKE...tried calling for 24 hours. Husband walked to the cvs the guy was rude says no scripts there.. yes they were..been trying to call pharmacy not one person answers the phone..sends text script is not ready for refill...its a brand new script with adjustment.. but yet they have been refilling my Thyroid medication every 2 weeks..if only they would answer their phone...not worth 1 star. When Athena is not working the place goes to hell...And the Manager ROB is a rude incompetent little man..
