I don't understand what's going on with this taco bell, but the customer service has gone downhill when they used to be great. I understand that they're understaffed and overworked/burnt out, etc. but they can't keep the dining room open AND refuse to take care of customers AND tell them to just use the kiosk AND also not keep the dining room clean, they can't have it both ways. Not everyone wants to use the kiosk, customers shouldn't practically have to be forced to use it. If they're going to keep the dining room open at all, there NEEDS to be someone at the counter, you can't just neglect cleanliness and be rude to customers for using the dining room that you chose to keep open to the public, it's not right.

Refund my food. This Taco Bell can’t do simple refunds and wants me to go an hour away while I have covid to come into the store to get a refund because they mess up every single time… unacceptable. Can’t even give me the right sauce packets…

I waited 15 minutes and there was no one to take my order, I finally had to use the kiosk only to find out that I could not modify my combo from crunchy tacos to soft. I had to order everything separate which cost me more. There was not a clean table in the entire place. The food was good, but they need to have someone work the counter.

I must say the owner of this location does not care for customers ordered over $50 and of course because it happend more than once they missed items now mind you guys I live 20mns from location so called up and told them I want refund so I hang up and go back they were not happy that I want my money back they called owner and of course franchise owner with the money they make says no way iwas getting money back they didn't even allow to return order for refund so after 25mns and like atleast 20 soggy tacos and chicken fajitas they only gave me what they missed and the refund for the number 9 meal but by the time I got home food was disgusting because everyone know a taco that is eating almost a hour after made is not good so wasted money and worst of all have to throw most of food away...never again and trust me I network alot so will be calling corporate office and have conversation and discussion about this location and the audacity of one of the managers telling me I should have checked my order . I usually do but checking through 40 items is not easy but lesson learned neveeeeeeer go there again..

The quality of this Taco Bell is out of this world. I will forever dream about their chicken quesadillas which are put together with the most loving, tender care. With each passing bite I just wish there was more Taco Bell goodness and more room in my tummy. I love you, Taco Bell in Wharton

Went today (not the first time- I have always been happy!) however today I asked for 2 soft tacos - beef and cheese only for the kids. The order did come out wrong…. It had lettuce tomato sour cream! Kids were not happy. I was happy I checked before I left the parking lot! I went in and explained the problem.. and yes they screwed up but I feel customer service These days goes a long way. Not many have it (IMO) these days. No questions asked they fixed it- doubled the order and gave 2 free coupons for next visit…. Mistakes happen- this was my first here and couldn’t be happier with how they rectified it.

By far one of the best taco Bell's I've gone to. The only problem I have is how long it takes but the quality of the food is worth the wait. The food usually comes out perfect or exceeds my expectations.

My church wrap was so messy it was disgusting, it had beef falling out not enough lettuce, liquid dripping everywhere, the wrap wasn’t even wrapped correctly and kept opening up.the workers were rude and had attitude when I asked if they could remake/ fix it I couldn’t even eat it without it falling apart every second. The fries were under cooked and cold. Please do not go here. It’s the WORST Taco Bell in this area

DO NOT GO THERE- we gave this place a few chances. The employees always seem to have an attitude. In multiple instances they would laugh at me while trying to place an order, I asked the gentleman what was so funny he simply laughed at me and asked me why I was in a bad mood? completely uncalled for. The food is poorly made, they frequently miss items, and don’t even try to ask for sauce cause they act like you asked them for their first born. Getting food shouldn’t be such a horrible experience.

I purposely go inside so I don’t have to wait in the line. They serve at least 5-7 drive through people before they make my food. I also almost get hit by cars everytime I go in their location. They make drive through customers wait in the customer cross walk so they can bump the order so their numbers don’t look bad. I talked to a former employee and that’s what they told me. It’s really dangerous because you have to walk up the drive through because there are cars in the crosswalk . Corporate needs to get it together and stop giving the employees unrealistic drive-through time numbers
