Can I give them 0 stars please.. such a shady company and a horribly run store. Phone number doesn’t work so you can’t call with questions. Either it doesn’t connect or won’t transfer. Had an issue before with a refund on a COVID test because there was only 1 in a 2ct SEALED pack. They told me it was my issue and they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. The manager is useless and usually never there! Recently placed a picture order and paid online, had a family member pick them up and they charged her too. So I was double charged for a single order. And on top of it there were pictures missing from the order when she left the store the first time. This company needs to be bought out already and replaced with something else. Been horrible from the minute they set up shop! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! DON’T GET SCAMMED!

Horrible customer service ... The personnel put me on hold for 33 minutes then disconnected the call ... And this wasn't the first time this has happened to me either ....Going to another pharmacy who may care a little more about customer service - this store does not

Staff is always ready to help you out whether they know product availability or not. Fact that they'll always help still means alot. Biggest plus about Walgreens is the fact that they're open later than anyone else. When everyone else is using the pandemic as an excuse to cut their business hours down Walgreens seems to be the only place sticking to their original business hours. My last minute emergency must have items I now skip Walmart and instinctively run to Walgreens...regardless of price. You see Walgreens...??? Some customers notice...!!!

Pharmacy is horrible. I was told my scrip wasn’t ready. I asked to check under my maiden name as well as it’s been a few years since using Walgreens. They insured me that my doctor didn’t send it. I only game here because Sams pharmacy was closed. I called right before they closed and they stated the doctor didn’t send it. Come the next morning my doctor called and it was under my Maiden name. And it was ready that night. I would have just used my normal pharmacy if I knew it would be this much of issue. They didn’t even apologize for it. I was promised a manager would call me and they didn’t.

The employees are rude and arrogant. The pharmacist is the same way. I don't know how they stay in business. It's a bad experience everytime I go in there.

Made an app for covid booster via telephone, they gave me an appointment time for 730 am then Walgreens called and said there time to opened changed! I’m here at 8am and the pharmacy is NOT OPEN! Do these people just come in when they want???

Etta L. from the Williamstown Nj Walgreens on the Black Horse Pike in the cosmetics department is the kindest, most helpful, and caring employee I have ever dealt with. She does an excellent job both in her duties as well as going above and beyond for each customer. We have even asked her to order specific supplies such as Precision Tips QTips. She not only orders whatever quantity you need but does it super fast. She's friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Thank you Walgreens for employing her. The Busunds

This location has an incompetent pharmacy staff. I tried using this pharmacy for my prescriptions after moving to Williamstown from another area. I am a Type I diabetic so I have more prescriptions for maintenance meds and testing supplies than average, and they tend to be costly, so I use as many manufacturer discount programs as possible. The pharmacy at this particular location never filled any of my prescriptions accurately, couldn't seem to apply any of the manufacturers' discounts properly, and I was consistently charged more than at my previous pharmacy for exactly the same meds and products. They even filled one of my generic scripts with a different version without consulting with me, even though my physician specifically wrote the script with a "do not substitute" order. I gave them a few chances to get it right, but ultimately had to go elsewhere because they kept overcharging me. As soon as I transferred my scripts elsewhere, all issued were resolved.

Changed the brand of my meds multiple times without informing me, then when I got home and realized, I called them and said I can’t take this brand. They refused to take it back, and continue to give me the wrong brand each time. I need to call each time. Edit: 7/10/21: changing to a different drugstore. They refused to refill a prescription I was do for because their system said it wasn’t until NEXT WEEK and I already skipped a week’s worth of medication. Absolutely atrocious.
