We have had several loans with this bank and Rebecca Aragon was always so helpful. Today I spoke with Katie and had the worst experience ever. I really wish the turn around at this bank was smaller so good people would stay and the ones who are not helpful would be weeded out. I think it time to take our business else where. Wish I did not have to give any stars...
