Great selection of fruit, veg, meats, deli department has gone down hill horrible rude slow services (30 + min for a lb of anything) I have started going across street for my Boarshead which is why low stars

Good size store that is clean and neatly organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful produce section with organic produce as well. Quality meats. Their pies and cookies are yummy and their multigrain sourdough bread is delicious. Sprouts Farmers Market carries a wide variety of organic products. It is a wonderful store to shop in!

####Cheating product Weight.##** I bought Organic ginger on 01/03/2021. The box says Net weight is 1.75 LBS . For $6.99+ tax,..but when I check with my home masurement it was 1.15 LBS. So Today 01/04/21.. I returned that box and complaint about that ,so they replaced me another box of Ginger..and I weigh at home again and I got frustrated because I found the the weight is 1.14LBS. ******* People ...so please be aware Sproute is cheating in product weight,,.###

Very great selection of food and pretty clean store. But the staffs attitude and lack of friendliness makes me not want to come here ever and brings the rating from a 5 to an automatic 1. There were about 6 employees at the check out lines all chatting with one another not acknowledging the customer once. And then the same thing happened to me. The cashier never looked at me or responded back hi, she proceeded with her conversation and slammed the basket on the counter and then tossed the receipt toward me when the transaction was over. Sprouts, please train your employees proper customer service or hire friendlier individuals.

I really wanted to like this place. But as soon as we pulled up we noticed there were no lights in the parking lot - not only super dark, but dangerous, the store was so dirty! Oh, and do not eat the "free testers"- trust me! We bought brownies, and they were dry and crusty. We bought scones, they were spongy, lol. We are definitely sticking with Whole Foods!!! Yeah, the only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars is because the people who work there (we dealt with), were very nice.
