Everything is overpriced compared to price chopper, McKeever's or hen house. Especially the meat, especially beef. They have moved everything around and now it is really hard to find anything. They do not have Cookie Butter among other things that everyone else has. Or it cannot be found.

Self checkouts are awfully laid out/poor design. Lots of employees chatting behind the customer service desk instead of actually providing customer service—they won’t even talk to you when they’re on the sales floor. And the order pick up leaves A LOT to be desired. Terrible process that doesn’t work at all as described in the email instructions—I could’ve gone inside waited in line and gotten out faster than their inconvenient pickup scam

The one in Mission is great. Very friendly and helpful. The one on 95th not so much. Rude people , especially in the deli. No one greets you in the store always very busy and crowded.

This is my neighborhood grocery store. I've been shopping here for years and it has really gone down hill lately. The self checkout machines are always filthy and the credit card machines are broken and dangling. Their are so many stockers in the aisles during the day while you're trying to shop it makes it difficult to navigate around without getting hit. The selection has really gone down too, there's more 'Hy-vee' brand stuff and less selection of other brands. The employees used to say hello and ask you if you needed help finding anything but they just seem to have a grudge against the customers now like you are in their way. Used to be a great place to shop, but it's just like a dirty over-crowded poor experience now. I would suggest you guys really have a look at what is going on at this store. Compare it to the store further south on Antioch - it's clean, easier to get around in, the staff are still friendly and the selection is better.

I don't know what has happened to this Hy-vee, as I used to never have a problem until the last year. I have 1 hour for lunch and to drive over to get Chinese food has been impossible the last year. I've attempted 3 times and now I'm done with this location. The third attempt was even worse. There was no fried rice OR Lo Mein and barely any entrees and was told it would be 15 mins. What company does this at 12:30-1:00 lunchtime???? I can't wait 15 minutes, I have to get back to work! I have other locations to go to with no problems.

Hy-Vee floral section is why I choose to shop here over other grocery stores. I pick up groceries and can get a beautiful, affordable boutique for my girlfriend all in one stop!

I found this Hy-Vee Grocery, Floral, Pharmacy and Gas had a lot of neat and specialty items. Great quick gift items. Caribou coffee shop located just inside the store. This location also makes fresh sushi to order and standard sushi rolls 'Ready-To-Go'. They have fresh habachi, choose your ingredients. Social distancing - Customer does not touch, they prepare for you. Also has chinese food selection, and traditional items such as fried chicken and mash potatoes. Groceries- Beautiful produce in great quality with beautiful presentation. Meat selection is incredible and stocked with fresh Beef, steaks, Pork and fresh fish. Notable store doesn't smell fishy which is impressive, considering amount of fresh fish offered. I found the prices of groceries and pharmacy items to be $0.50 - $3.00 over priced, which is to be expected from a grocery store. Especially for specialty items that would otherwise be ordered online and wait. You pay for convenience. All in all, I'd recommend this store. Very clean and organized. Social distance standards in place and being respected. This review is my personal opinion and I was not paid for this review nor receive any type of incentive or perks.

Management was very helpful. They pointed me to the Tee shirt section. They have KC Chiefs merch always for a great price. They have the best homemade cinnamon rolls too! Thanks Manager Russ for the recommendation.

The store is always nice and clean. They have good sales. The employees are always friendly and helpful. This store has a different layout than the other stores. I don’t really like the way the dairy department is laid out. It’s confusing because they have it broken down into too many individual sections. You really have to look around for everything that you need. It just takes a lot of time to shop for everything.
