GET YOUR RECEIPT…..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… We ate here 2 days in a row and I was planing to make a weekly taco Tuesday date every week… but when we came back on Wednesday we were charged way too much. Paid $20.55 for 3 tacos and a plate of gorditas (WOW!) … staff wasn’t accommodating. I even pulled up the website and the women working said “I think that’s a Texas restaurant” so I showed her where it said KC & Olathe and then she said “the prices were incorrect on there”. It was just full of excuses from staff and honestly ruined a great experience for me. I called and spoke with a man and he repeatedly asked “why I was calling” and said “I didn’t go to their restaurant”… when I went 2 days in a row. Be careful with your money here!!!!!!!! I hate when people especially businesses steal money.

Has the be the Best place in the city for Tacos!!! A must have is the Carne Asada. Hands down one of my favorites. It's best to go on Tuesday or Friday as they will have sales but I not sure if the Carne Asada is ever on sale.. So get the Carnitas cilantro and onion. Don't mind paying the price for the quality as it is tops. I have never ordered a "Meal" however I have many friends who like other items on their menu as well, I can only tell you about the tacos. Salsa Verde is great and the Pico is on point, it's the perfect amount of spicy. The Rojo sauce is also a must if you like real authentic Tacos. My teen was amazed when I took him here. I told him it was the closest think in KC i found to where I grew up (So Cal). This location also has the extensive Mexican pastry shelf... don't forget to stop and get fresh flower tortillas on your way home if you want to up your Mexican Hamade game. The inside reminds me of my childhood but if you are looking for a Johnson county Typical Mexican Experience, this isn't for you. This is for they ones that know that tacos are eaten along with a soda in a bottle... My personal Favorite soda with Tacos is Orange Jarritos in the bottle. They keep the sodas at the register in Ice, the way the Lord intended it.

This Bonito does not compare to the original in KCK AT ALL! The food here was so unflavored and unseasoned, I could barely eat it. Maybe they’re catering to the people in Olathe, because the one in KCK never disappoints.

I was so excited when I saw the images and reviews. Walked in and boy does it smell amazing. $2.29 for tacos isn't bad but not great either. HOWEVER, they are by far the most flavorless tacos I have ever eaten. I am Hispanic and know my tacos. Just go to taco bell. I am ashamed to even say that, but thier tacos have more seasoning and flavor than the alpastor tacos from this store. $40 later and I was so disappointed I could honestly cry. The limes were days old. The cilantro was so old and MUSHY it was brown/black in color!! Do not get me started on the onions. They were soggy from how old they were (from being cut up). I get you have to cut in bulk for the entire day, but not for the whole week! Never again. Do not waste your money. You'll end up disappointed and sad. As a Hispanic, I am ashamed such low quality tacos are being sold and that I spent my hard earned money. Should have taken pictures but damn, I was too disgusted 🤦🏽

Stumbled across this place when I first moved up here...and I've been coming back ever since. It used to be a 37 minutes each way trip...now I've moved closer and it's just a couple minutes from me!! They have all kinds of delicious bakery items, cakes, groceries, meat counter...tons of great things. The best thing to stop by and grab is their tacos! They have almost anything you would want...it's always fresh and delicious. The service has never once been bad or made to feel rushed. It's like going to your own families store.... Very welcoming. I can't say enough great things about everything they offer...you'll just have to try it for yourself! They have great taco Tuesday specials too!

If you're looking for some true authentic Taco's you have to go by here. Always so fresh and some of the best homemade salsa to. I wish I knew there recipe. Not to mention the corn tortillas are great. Did I mention it's cheap too. If you're out and about you have to try this place. Not to mention the restaurant next door has great fajitas. I like the no nonsense feel of this place.
