Brandon at mattress firm was amazing. He was very knowledgeable in what mattress and base combination would work best for us. My wife had a dress and wanted her to feel comfortable laying down so he got her a sheet to cover herself while laying down on the bed. After trying different beds we told him we were going to lunch and would decide there and be back. There was no pressure from him to keep us there and to just come back when we were ready. After we decided we came back and had some more questions. He answered them and we chose our bed. We can't wait for our new bed and sure being comfortable and sleeping through the night. Thank you for your professionalism.

Great experience here! Easy, laid back sales people don’t force purchases on you. I appreciate places like this, as it’s much more comfortable to buy in. We’ve purchased from Mattress firm before, haven’t had any issues with any mattress we’ve ever purchased.

I’d highly recommend Mattress Firm. We bought our bed from the Queen Creek location. Brandon helped us out. He was very knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions. They didn’t try to upset us in any way. They really care about finding the right bed for you. I like the fact that they show you all different options and don’t try to talk you into one specific brand or type. They have my business. I’d recommend them to friends and family with confidence.

Really do appreciate the professionalism from Brandon at this location. I always get the best service from him and is very knowledgeable about the mattresses, and will take the time to determine which mattress is the best for your sleeping habits! Definitely recommend shopping at this location. I have bought 2 beds from him where one was a Tempur-pedic Hybrid on an adjustable base and am so happy with that bed that recently came back to purchase another bed for my guest bedroom on an adjustable base.
