Starbucks at Higley and Chandler Heights is the absolute best! They always make my drink just right and they ALWAYS bring the love and cheer. I get personal messages that brighten my day from Charlie and Xenia. If I'm having a rough day I know I can always count on the Starbucks baristas to cheer me up. Andrew, Sydney, and Ramani at the window are always so happy and smiling. If they don't leave you personal messages like mine chances are you'll get a sticker that says, "Spread the love!" And that's exactly what they do at this Starbucks location. ~Michele

I absolutely love this Bashas! Every employee is always friendly, the store is always clean, the produce and meat are always fresh. I drive 30 mins from my house just to buy produce and meat. I always end up spending too much on groceries at other grocery stores, Bashas is always cheaper! ~Jennifer

A technician named Mark has been incredibly rude, unhelpful, and condescending the last two times that we needed help with our dog's prescription. He scoffs, laughs, and repeats questions without fully answering them. He then tells us to call other people in the prescription process to get off the phone as fast as he can, which always results in having to call Safeway pharmacy again. We are transferring our refills ASAP. ~C

The staff is always talking with my kids and treating me like family friends. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The marinade they sell actually make my carne asada taste good, and I don't know what I'm doing. Highly recommend. ~Joe

Ordered a large flower order 12/8/2021. $131 to be exact. My niece sent me a photo of the flowers which looked like a $50 order..I called and spoke to owner, sent her photos and she said she will refund half! It's been 2 months, with texts, emails and phone calls with no response. Now trying to dispute on my credit card. Buyer BEWARE! ~Tammy
