Fifteen foot moving truck ended up costing over $220 for an 8 hr rental. Buyer beware! Read the fine print, and make sure you put gas in it!! Truck had constant, non stop and annoying squeal noise.

Had a 8:00 am pickup scheduled and nobody showed up to the office. Waited almost an hour before calling Uhaul corporate and they helped. I cannot even begin to express how disappointed I am

I put in an order online 9 days early. They called me the day before at 8 am to tell me they did not have the truck that I ordered. I will now have to try and shove a 3 bedroom two bath, 1690 square foot house into a 20’ truck. There wasn’t any time to locate another truck and they had already charged me the full price of the larger one. There is already a lot of stress moving, uhaul made it worse.

They work hard there to make sure you're taken care of. Don't bother to call because it will be automatically rerouted to Arizona or someplace else. Just go in in person and they do a great job.

These guys are so helpful. You can call and get a pretty good idea what is available when (especially when the uhaul website says there’s nothing available). Have used twice already and will keep using them.

My entire experience with U-Haul today has been incredibly bad. Never have I done business with such an unprofessional company. The U-Haul where I picked up my car dolly acted as if they've never seen customers in their life, I was told that almost the entire staff was new and nobody had any idea how to get me out the door with my car dolly. We were there for almost an hour while they ran around their lot trying to figure out what to do. The most frustrating part for me is that I just took my time out this Saturday evening to drop off the trailer at the Hunt Highway location as the website says all over the place 24/7 drop off. When I get to the location the gates are all chained up and locked so I cannot get in. What an absolute waste of my time and fuel. If you guys are doing a big project on the lot and have construction going on then let people know, don't waste my time telling me that I can drop off my trailer at night and then lock the gate so I cannot get in. Your customer service is some of the worst in the industry, I will not be back.

I am still in the process of moving but needed to stop to leave a review about how amazing my experience was. Shelley was great. I did not open the trailer door properly and as a result, it got stuck. Shelley personally drove to me to help me and took care of the problem right away. For any future rentals, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Five stars, all around!

I walked into this office. There was a lady sitting at a desk helping someone, so i waited. She never aknowledged that I was there. I was the only other person there. I stepped forward to read an information sign. Another person walked in and moved closer to the desk than me but I didnt say anything because i assumed the lady knew I was there. I was misteken. As soon as the people got up she looked directly at the other man and helped him he sat down. I was still only a few feet away and she still didnt even acknowledge me. I walked out and went to different uhaul. Very rude!
