A technician named Mark has been incredibly rude, unhelpful, and condescending the last two times that we needed help with our dog's prescription. He scoffs, laughs, and repeats questions without fully answering them. He then tells us to call other people in the prescription process to get off the phone as fast as he can, which always results in having to call Safeway pharmacy again. We are transferring our refills ASAP.

I moved to where I'm about 25 minutes from them now but I will continue to have my scripts filled here because the staff is awesome!! My husband goes by his middle name not his first. When I call to check on his scripts and say his middle name instead of what's in the computer they still know who I'm talking about. I like the familiarity.

We moved but I keep going back to this pharmacy because they are just easiest to work with. I travel a lot and they always help to accommodate and everyone always been friendly and helpful.

They decide to fill my 6ct ibuprofen but my main medicine they send me they didn’t fill leaving me a voicemail everything was done. A waste of not only two days waiting they didn’t fill it at all! I show up and now i have to drive all the way across town due to my insurance discount. The worst pharmacy customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The worst part is he offered to fill half my prescription while walking away. But then they eat .the other half

They do a great job. Been to this location many time's, they are always helpful and very friendly. They have the shortest wait time of any pharmacy.

Service has gone to heck since they transferred my prescriptions from the Albertsons (closed) to this hole. Pharmacy techs are clueless and have terrible customer service skills, the only good one came over from Albertsons but I rarely see him, I always have the luck to deal with the tard - Walgreens here I come
