What a wonderful shopping experience! Kind and knowledgeable employee. . I have problems finding footwear and she was able to make suggestions. I ended up buying a pair of slippers for me and a pair of boots for my husband. I am very happy with my purchase. I do shop at the Orchard Park store and always am treated with respect and friendliness.

My girl is tough when it comes to shoes and boots-she’s very picky! This place offers a variety for kids. The store clerk was very friendly. The prices are reasonable. The store is clean, well-lit and maintained.

Good prices, but poor size selection in men's styles. Three employees that I could see, but not one made any attempt to help. Stock is all mixed up, and shoe boxes are mislabeled as to the contents. Overall, a poor experience - 09/04/2019.

Good variety of shoes and really helpful customer service. Unfortunately I’ve had several cases where a specific shoe does not have my size in stock- but that’s alright since they can have it delivered to your door.
