Employee's help all the time and all check out registers are always sometimes open. Clean not messy

I placed an online order they emailed me when it was ready. When I got there they couldn't find it I waited about 30 minutes before they had to go on the floor to get another item. They issued me a receipt before I got my item so when the manager went in the system it showed I had picked the item up when in fact I had not. A total waste of my time to order ahead they did thank me for my patience. I will not be going back.

Clearance is a disaster, but several staff said hello and that was very pleasant! Prices are still more than Walmart regular size, but you do get what you pay for a far as brands. Wish there were more cute plus sizes in stock!

Miss Kim was great on her customer service skills very polite out going . It's all about customer service. If anyone's seeing this in jp it self she works at the registers by the men's department and fitting rooms

Surprised how well stocked/staffed this store was. I haven't shopped at malls for Christmas for many years and was please at the ease of finding what I was looking, great deals and friendly, helpful staff. One criticism, products didn't always have the discounts displayed near all the products...I would have bought more!

Customer service was excellent! My cashier, Karen helped me find my coupon code on my phone so I could get the 25% off promotion and saved me $89!! She was very patient with myself as I has a 2 yr old in hand. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I can see why they are closing stores. Went for a pair of sandals and nearly tripped over shoes laying all over the place, asked an employee for help because online it said they had 5 in stock and I was told I would just have to look and that they might not have them.
