I went there for a car in need. At first, they were great and let me owe them the down payment and sold me a 2006 taurus. I never got a sales agreement or any financing paperwork. 2 days after picking up the car, we had snow. I could barely drive over 25 mph because the back end of the car kept sliding out on my. This is not my first Taurus and I know they are great in the snow. I called them and was informed that they sold me a car in the middle of winter with summer tires on it. I bought new tires and had my husbands shop put them on. They discovered a bent control arm in the rear of the car and told me that I had the wrong size tires on the car. I took the car back to Champion where the mechanic accused me of going off the road and argued with me. The owner agreed to replace the arm after the mechanic hammered it out straight and told me that tire size is only a recommendation. 2 weeks later, I brought the car in to have the arm replaced and my check engine light was on. They cleared the codes on the engine light and told me it was probably the fuel pump. They also refused to give my car an alignment and stated that the control arm has nothing to do with the alignment (even though my alignment was off after the mechanic straightened out the arm). Now my car is bucking when its warm (40 degrees) and my 30 day warranty is up. I will have to have it fixed on the extended warranty and pay the deductible. They still have not registered my car and the temp registration expires in 4 days. They are holding the title until I pay the 750 I owe them, which I will pay, but less the money I paid to have an alignment done elsewhere. Do not go here, they are so unorganized, they could not find my paperwork when my husband called and asked for a copy. They have NO customer service skills. After going to a real car dealership, I found that they legally were supposed to refund any unused dmv fees back to the customer. This was never done. They financed 250.00 for dmv fees and only spent 160. They kept 90.00.
