Always great customer service. These folks are even attentive well after the sale. I have never been more satisfied than with these folks. Customer satisfaction appears to be their top priority. I have been buying from here for 16 years and will not ever purchase from any other furniture store! Almost forgot. The prices are also very fair and they stand behind what they sell.

My husband and I went back a week ago, hoping to give them another chance and to buy local, only to find the same salesman and the same disinterest. The real clincher was that the showroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Imagine someone wanting to buy brand new furniture that smells like smoke! Won't go back again.
