Tbh worst hand car wash experience ever. 65 bucks for something a touchless drive through wash would’ve done for 15 bucks. Only positive outcome was tire shire and interior which I could’ve done myself. They used the same dirty towel after dipping it in the bucket from body to wheel and repeated, no second bucket for dirt collection. Water marks everywhere and rims are still dirty. 20 minute job for something that should’ve been dealt w care and precision I mean it’s 65 bucks come on… Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Wheel washing, Car waxing

BEWARE 24HR GUARANTEE. Car wash made me call the cops on them. I'm no longer allowed to be a customer there, not that I intended to. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. -- So! I got a desperately needed oil change & the included car wash yesterday afternoon. This morning, I needed to make use of the 24hr guarantee. Sign says "upgrade & only pay the difference". So I upgraded to the next one up. Turns out you don't pay your difference, but the difference between their lowest wash and the one you bought. They wanted me to pay $25 instead of $10 I expected. That $15 is literally the difference whether or not I bought new shoes today. You pay after your car goes into the wash so there's no chance to change your service. Being unable to resolve the dispute, the Owner/Manager told me I could call the police, so I did. The officer arrived and I was shocked they let the incredibly gracious officer resolve the dispute by paying for me since the business would not budge. Meanwhile the elderly cashier yelled "SHAME ON YOU" at me repeatedly until they gave me my keys back and I could leave and collect myself. NEVER AGAIN. Edit: as you can see. They just double down. Either you guarantee your work or you don't. Their math makes no sense. Your sign is flawed. It should have never escalated to this. And I've never been spoken to the way your cashier spoke to me. And I'm certainly not the first 1 star review. Shop with caution.

We love using Hambletonian. They always do a great job and the car smells so much fresher when they’re done. Despite always being busy, their staff is constantly hustling and always pleasant. Only complaint is they close at 6 which is inconvenient to a lot of folks working 9-5. We still make a point of coming twenty minutes over for their washes though! Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Vacuuming, Seat shampooing

Tonight is my son's prom and we decided just to get a quick car wash. Turns out I needed way more than a car wash. I needed a quick detail of the interior of the car. Came to the Hambletonian Auto spa in chester. What can I say... Simply amazing. The workers were dedicated and super helpful. Took great quality care of my car. As I got to sit in this beautiful little space and watch them clean it out. About 20 minutes after the wash, the interior detailing was done. My seats and the carpets were shampooed and vacuumed. The sidings of the doors were cleaned. If you're a mom with toddlers and a back seat you understand about the chicken nuggets and fries hidden between the creases of the seats. These gentlemen took complete care of removing everything in my car. Making me feel like it was a brand new car. Paid about $77 for the detail the car wash and a hot wax and shine. And I was blown away by the service. We'll definitely be coming back.

Reasonable prices on basic wash. Much better overall experience during the week at the slower times of day.

Decided to give them a try. Got the place car wash package which includes a vacuum and underbody wash. Returned the car to me with no vacuum of the inside. I didn’t realize until after I tipped $5 and got back on the road. Word to the wise don’t tip until you inspect. Won’t be coming back.
