Absolutely amazing staff. My chinchilla stayed there for several days under their care. They were so caring and allowed me to visit each day for as long as I wanted to, I'm so grateful to have had the staff there for me during this terrible time. He unfortunately didn't make it but the staff did everything for him, it was just his time. ❤️

Dr. Wade was awesome and I was very impressed with everyone at the practice when I was there with my tortoise. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Care was taken to be sure my tortoise was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Wade was thorough and knowledgeable. When I left I felt confident that my tortoise had received really superior care. Exam fee was slightly higher than elsewhere, but as a specialty practice I found the prices extremely fair and worth every penny. Highly recommend

Very greatful that they always my me feel at ease. When i bring in my tortoises or ,well now our african grey parrot. They know what they are doing and very pleasant never feel rushed and always explain everything. Ive had no the Dr.Wade and Dr. Bordeaux are wonderful with my animals. And I will always may the 1 hour 15 min drive .

Doctors Wade and Burdeaux have amazing expertise in avian and exotic care and treatment, and keep up on new developments. Their staff is caring and capable. We have taken our birds there for about seven years now, and have always had great experiences.

Great team! Tony and Dr Burdeau were awesome, you can tell they really care about your pet. I had to leave my cocateil there for a few days and I felt very confident in the care my bird Rocky would get while there. This was my first time there and I highly recommend them.
