Don’t bother buying prime parking… I bought mine in advance got to pilot and when there were no prime spots open I went inside and told the MANAGER I paid for parking in advance with my confirmation number and there are no open spots… and he said we don’t go outside after dark. So he refunded my money and told me just find an area to park… which there are none.. so what is the point of “ reserving parking” for 20 dollars if it’s not going to be reserved? This is the ONLY pilot or flying j that has not enforced the reserved only section and I will not be coming back.

Stopped to go to the restroom and get a drink. This place was NASTY! Lots of truckers and the restrooms were just gross. Pee on the floor and toilets not flushed

We are on our way back from a great family vacation and stopped for gas. My mother who is 77 years young and unfortunately not in the best health had some stomach issues. Amber without questions offered her a shower, wash cloth and towel. She was so kind and sweet and this is the REAL reason when I travel I only stop at Pilot! Service is a big priority for me and with her stepping up is truly A-1 service for me! Thank you Amber! Pilot at exit 41 Newnan, Georgia!!!

Traffic is horrible both coming in and getting out. On top of that, they require you to allow them to scan your driver's license when purchasing tobacco products. That is a breach of my privacy. Only one organization can scan the back of my i.d., and last I checked none of the employees wear a badge. I will avoid this location at all costs, based on the traffic alone. I suggest you do as well. On the scanning driver's licenses, I will be contacting their corporate office.

Everything is okay here. There is a Subway and a Wendy's on site. Bathroom not very clean. But they put a $151 charge on our credit card when my wife staryed getting gas. The bank contacted us about fraud. When we investigated, we learned that was standard operating procedure every time a card was used for gas. The charge would be removed "soon."

We just spent the last 34 hours at this store and I have to say it is a favorite. All of the staff was helpful but especially John. He went out of his way to help us and it was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to next time.

Unbelievable... This store has a manager? But... Welcome professional drivers, please park your truck, come inside and get a clean and hot shower. Shower #1 🤢🤮

How come the service attendance in the Wendy's restaurant at the pilot in Newnan Georgia don't worry gloves while preparing your food? I stood there and watched three of the four ladies in there that were putting together the bags scratching their hair rubbing their braids and one had a earring right up under her nose rubbing on her earring. I found it to be unsanitary as well as disrespectful to your guest and there was one lady that turned around after seeing all of that and asked how come y'all guys don't work gloves so as I left the restaurant three other customers left the restaurant. You may want to address that. Other than that the rest of the store was coming along great it looks a whole lot better than what it used to look like couple of months back.

I honestly think it just shows how much Google cares about their consumers and providing a little convenience especially for people who may not really know how to pull up current things using the web but they know how to go to Google maps and put in an address in order to get directions, so why not try adding little questionnaires to the notifications about trip to that location. That way the next person who is curious to know what that location offers or whatnot can just see what other people said about it explanation point I for one appreciate it!!!

Very nice and busy. Upon driving on lot you have a Wendy's and subway. Be careful because there's a lot of tractor/trailer traffic. There's plenty of room as long as you enter and exit in the appropriate lane. If not you will find yourself waiting for an opening. The brand is excellent and has lots of products. Upon entry you're greeted with a "welcome to pilot" by a staff of helpful associates. Showers are available, not sure about details. There's hot food also within the store from pilot and tons of microwave sandwiches. Fuel prices are average, with plenty of pumps. Store was clean and neat with associates working the floor. I highly recommend as you travel to pilot your way to pilot.
