The person we dealt with regarding a piece of necessary medical equipment was extremely unprofessional. She was polite enough to our faces but tried to steer us away from using the insurance for our equipment. When I made it clear I preferred to go through the insurance, she got a bit frosty. When placing a call to the insurance company for authorization, she was overheard making rude comments at our expense . Iwould not recommend this establishment!!
