I love the Baker St post office! Everyone there is always helpful, patient, and makes going there a great experience! Throughout the last two difficult years, they have had to deal with irate, impatient customers, yet they didn't quit, and came to work every day. It's about time USPS was funded properly. Postal workers are Union brothers and sisters and I make sure to mail all of my packages to my extended family through the USPS around the country. They have been honest about delays in certain parts of the country, which is appreciated. Jason always greets everyone and has time for a quick chat. My mail carrier Steve has an incredibly long route, but drives packages 1/4 mile down to my house. We will all miss him when he retires.

Brett Cornish the supervisor must surely be the least service oriented employee I have met there. We asked to have mailboxes placed on a now fully developed street in the town of Corning. "I know what you want, we are not going to do it", Why? "end of discussion".

The guy who deliveries are mail will send our stuff back to the post office saying we requested it when he doesn't want to deliver our packages. It's ridiculous! And the staff does nothing about it at all! I wish we could switch to Walnut St.

They don’t put effort to Inform the “recipient” that they are even there and just leave a sorry we missed you note. It’s happened more then once and is a major inconvenience. My entire family was home and the driver just left a note in the mailbox. Didn’t even knock on my door.

The long package in this photo was left attached to our mailbox overnight! Exposed to the weather and available for anyone to steal!! Our road was clear and dry!! Absolutely no excuse! Not the first time either !

they lose mail, including live deliveries. they service too large an area with too few employees. they send mail to the wrong city hundreds of miles away. tracking has had deliveries to this location that backtrack almost to their origins. today im waiting over an hour. i have to speak to someone to verify that i do want mail delivered, because signature required confused somebody.

I absolutely despise using this post office. Most of their staff are absoultely horrid and rude. Save yourself the headache and go to the Post Office on Walnut St.

Why would you work at a post office and speak rude to a customer? Brent is that person. We aren't getting mail, recieving other people's mail and was told it would be taken care of..... STILL WAITING!
