Cashiers always know what I’m looking for ((even if I don’t )) and have a very laid back attitude. Sometimes the shop may not have the exact item that day, but to no fault of their own as supplies and shipment everywhere is funky. A great place, and my first go to for hair and cosmetics.

Just bought some brushes. Cashier was very helpful in helping me figure out what works for blow drying with my hair. My hair is thick but fairly thin. She also gave me a good reference for a nail salon! 🙂

Manager tried scamming me out of a refund I was entitled to by ringing up a product that was worth a third of what I was returning. She wears her attitude on her face and should not be working in customer service. Very unprofessional.

Arrived at 1015 on a Saturday and no one was there, doors locked. Sign outside clearly says open at 900am Saturdays. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Lost my business!
