Amazingly fast service. I pulled in to grab a quick bite and my meal was ready in less than 3 minutes - I was not expecting it to be that fast. I will say the fries were not as good as they are advertised to be - they definitely needed salt, although they were hot. Plus I feel like the large should have more in it. Overall good and super quick fast food. Review updated... Placed take out order from web app. You can't finalize the order until you get to the store. Then you wait to have it made. Burger was over salted and well done. Fries were not good. My feet stuck to the floor as I walked, needs to be cleaned. ~Thomas

Cashiers always know what I’m looking for ((even if I don’t )) and have a very laid back attitude. Sometimes the shop may not have the exact item that day, but to no fault of their own as supplies and shipment everywhere is funky. A great place, and my first go to for hair and cosmetics. ~Darion

For a convenience store, the service exceptional. The clerk ( probably spelling this wrong, but he's Ashoque) knows me now and always has a smile and it's always a friendly exchange. ~Dan

Google Maps shows the FedEx OnSite here as being open until 9:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tried to go in at 5:10pm and they were closed. Doors locked. Employee inside sweeping says they close at 5:00pm and directed us to Wal-Mart on Route 4. Change your hours of operation. ~Robert

The young man Brandon?? at the front desk needs another few training sessions regarding hospitality and customer service. Also the lot was full of cars and we could not park in the designated handicapped spot for my father as someone's BMW was parked there without handicap permits. Next, we entered the store and asked about available cars....Brandon was quite frankly a jerk. His unwillingness to have patience and listen to our concerns was outweighed by his desperation to try and very sneakily book my elderly father a 700.00 rental for a few days while the car is being repaired. The lack of care was shameful!!!! The Albany central ave. Location is the one to give your business to! They will do whatever it takes to find you a suitable and affordable rental car and treat you with respect!! This is the worst location I've ever visited!!!! Shame!!! ~Ace
