The young man Brandon?? at the front desk needs another few training sessions regarding hospitality and customer service. Also the lot was full of cars and we could not park in the designated handicapped spot for my father as someone's BMW was parked there without handicap permits. Next, we entered the store and asked about available cars....Brandon was quite frankly a jerk. His unwillingness to have patience and listen to our concerns was outweighed by his desperation to try and very sneakily book my elderly father a 700.00 rental for a few days while the car is being repaired. The lack of care was shameful!!!! The Albany central ave. Location is the one to give your business to! They will do whatever it takes to find you a suitable and affordable rental car and treat you with respect!! This is the worst location I've ever visited!!!! Shame!!!

I wished that I didn't need to rent a car, but I had no choice. I was in between cars at the time, so it was nice Alstate picked up most of the bill. Anyway, getting a leased car, near home from Enterprise, was a a good option. Everything is completely computerized, making the processing very quick. The staff were very helpful. The car was a Ford Fusion and had some nice features minus the masked cigarette smoke smell. I hate it when people smoke in a rental. I didn't say anything, I just took the car. Bringing it back, there was only one person on duty and was a little busy, but very curtious and took care of my questions promptly, and a swipe or two later I was out of there. Thanks Enterprise!

Would give a negative review if I could. Wife got in an accident and we were scheduled to rent a car from here, confirmed on Thursday that we were picking a car up the following Monday. Wife gets there and they say that there aren't any cars available until this upcoming Thursday. Asked if enterprise could book a car for her at another location and they said no we cannot do that. Take your business elsewhere.

A car hit me last night and took off. My insurance contacted Enterprise and set me up with a rental. Enterprise called me immediately this morning and let me know i was all set whenever I was ready. They even came and got me from the garage I brought my car to. Super fast and easy process and the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and very helpful. Was in and out in like 15 minutes. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again, but if I ever need another rental I’ll be coming here again for sure.

This branch was beyond amazing and sooooo accommodating! They turned a bad situation into a better one! I will never rent from the airport again! These guys where great! Best car rental experience I've ever had, be it through insurance or personal rental. I'll never go to another branch or company again!

Always excellent service but the last rental car I had was like a college years junker. Looked ok but shook when you hit fast highway speeds. Generally the cars are much better. But wish you could pick your own car like some other rental co.

I have rented from here for nearly 6 years and I think I will take my business to Hertz in future. Try to support local business but the rep sat on the phone for 15 mins and refused to acknowledge me, not even a "will be 5 mins". Sooo rude. I was then told I needed a utility bill to rent a car....even though I rented an SUV 3 weeks earlier with the same card and license. Never been asked for a utility bill from them and I rent at least 5 or 6 times a year - total waste of time. Just BS....they do not appreciate brand loyalty or their customers *** enterprise...I spoke to your area manager, of course 3 days before I rent a car the policy magically changes for that location.....because everyone carries a utility bill....when they rented from the same place with the same license and card for a pricer vehicle just a few weeks earlier. And then the rude counter rep..forget it, there are plenty of other rental companies****

The car was clean, reliable and exactly what I expected. I was a little disappointed in the extra hold for using a debit card and that I could not have an additional driver, but both were very clear in their policy so it was not a surprise. Picking up the car was easy and quick. The employee helping me even made sure I knew how to start the car and where everything was located. I will definately rent from them again.
