This location is close to my house so I decided to come instead of traveling to Albany. HUGE mistake!!! First I was double charged over $200 and they referred me to my bank. Also, I asked For an iPhone 11 case and was given the iPhone 11 Pro. When I came back the next day they refused to refund or give a credit when they are the ones who gave me The wrong item. Jenna is who got the sales commission from me that day. I can only think this all was done on purpose. The man that works there is super rude. None of them seem to have knowledge of their job: and supposedly the manager quit today. This location should close ALL TOGETHER

Great service, great prices, saved 100's a year by switching from another larger company! To be fair, they could use a few more phone options but there is plenty to choose from (droids and apple). And if they're busy, better off stopping back, they are quick but when you have a line setting up a phone takes a little work. I expect to get a Cricket tattoo soon! : )

Got great service here while replacing my daughter's phone with a new one. Very helpful and quickly got us on our way. Galaxy a10 phone has great reception and features for the price too.

Absolutely awful customer service. The woman who works there clearly has minimal customer service experience and thinks it's appropriate to waive signs in customer's faces instead of communicating the return policy in a polite and professional manner. I didn't even get two feet in the door before she started screaming at me that i couldn't return anything.

My non-tech savvy mother, a loyal customer of this location, brought her cell phone here to seek assistance for an issue with her phone stating, "LG Keyboard has stopped". She was told that the only solution was to get a new phone. I told her not to do this, and when I came up for Thanksgiving, I would try to fix it. Fixing it took one google search and fifteen minutes. You know, I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but there is no other conclusion here that can be drawn other then the store trying to take advantage of my mother, an older women, to get a new phone sale when it was not necessary. I told her never to return to this store again, and go to another Cricket retailer. Cricket is fine, but not this retailer. I can think of no other explanation for what occurred here.

the manager and his employee at this store is so disrespectful and rude . i went in with my mother to buy a phone for my baby brother. did not mention about the family plan they had . Or the fact when i ask how many gigs is this phone he told me 16. Come to find out its only 8 gigs. i do not recommend this store for noone.

The EG Cricket store refuses to answer their phone. I called several times this morning just to ask if they had a new phone in stock that I wanted. Each time, they'd let it ring, then someone would pick up the phone and hang up immediately. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Nice young man helped me with the problem at hand. It was complicated but he managed to find a fix for it. Store is small and clean, products on display are easy to access. The store music however, wasn't a favorite of mine. Calypso or Tehano. Hopefully phone is all better now. TY
