Worst experience yet with Enterprise, not only did they not have the car I requested they wouldn't even bring it to the airport, I had to get a LYFT to the location and they still did not have the vehicle I requested 🙄 I ended up with something totally unexpected that had more miles on it then the car I own 😒 and it was unbelievably dirty, I mean I didn't even want to drive it! Couldn't believe they actually gave it to me in such condition. And of course I couldn't drop it off at the airport that would be a large fee 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

On january 5th 2022 i was in a car accident.. my first one i had to deal with alone... When I say this rental facility helped me more than my own insurance company is an understatement... From start to finish (today april 8th 2022) they were patient and help me get the lowest rental fee they could... never once did they try to price gauge me and they could have or talk down to me... because i am not rich and work paycheck to paycheck... if i ever for whatever reason myself or a family member or friend need a rental car i will 100% send them to this location.. Thank you for all your help when I was going through crisis mode.

Made online reservation to pick up a car for 9am for a long drive and when you get there they ask for a bill utility/rent/cable in your name what if you don’t have one? And how would you know to bring that with you it was not in the confirmation email at all. So that postponed a whole planned trip so ended up taking his own car with hesitation. This information is important and should be sent with the confirmation ahead of time.

The staff is EXTREMELY professional and courteous. The customer service at the Times Union and Albany train station is fantastic. They are always pleasant and try to make sure you have a good experience. They remember your preferences and try to accommodate each time you visit. The manager Domenica has been a pleasure to work with as are all of the staff and interns at this location. I have used car rental agencies all across the country and this Enterprise has been the best experience I have had in all my years of renting. Since I have to rent a car just about every two week I have being taken care of by several of the staff and I actually look forward to each visit because of how wonderful the staff are, how well trained they are and the attitude they present says that they all seem to actually enjoy their job which shows in their treatment of the customers. I cannot say enough about them and I would give them ten stars if possible.

The Enterprise staff were all very friendly and professional. Khalil went above and beyond to make sure my rental was comfortable, presentable and I knew how everything functioned (my first time operating a hybrid). Lauren was super sweet and took my son and I home after I returned the rental. Low prices, nice vehicles and an over all great staff!! Thank you Enterprise! 😁

I just wanted to acknowledge Deena from the Enterprise branch by the Times Union Center on South Pearl Street. She was so courteous and helpful. She gave me an upgrade when I had an issue with my Enterprise account and made the overall experience incredibly positive. While I usually rent at another branch and this was my first time at this location, I would definitely go back. Enterprise staff members like Deena (I hope I"m spelling this right) is one of the many reasons why I continue to rent with Enterprise. Thank You for always being so great.

I didn't have any problems with the setup and pick up of the rental, and was even given a free upgrade as they didn't have a car in the size I'd requested available. The Cadillac SUV I got was totally spectacular, however a few miles into the drive I was alerted it needed an oil change and the tire pressure was very low in one of the rear tires. I had to drive to Rochester and back for a conference, and was a bit worried that the maintenance hadn't been taken care of before renting the car to me. I certainly didn't have time to stop and fill a tire or get the oil changed, but probably would have called Enterprise had I not been on the road. I did tell them right away upon returning the car.

The staff is always great and the card are reliable. My only issue is that they are SERIOUSLY under-staffed. The wait times are insane for both drop off and pick up, but if you don't mind waiting, their customer service is great and the vehicles have never let me down. Just wish they had a couple more workers... I'm pretty sure the overwhelmed employees would agree.
