I've been to many retro gaming stores in the north east region. Mr Dealz by far as the largest inventory and quantity of games on hand that I've ever seen in person. Twice the size of usual retro gaming stores located in the NYC area. Mr Dealz also had quite a bit of retro vintage audio equipment, which I love. There was on item in particular that I've been hunting for, so I asked if he had a Sega Master System Light Phaser available, and he actually had it. I've had very bad luck trying to find a Master System lightgun even online, but Mr Dealz had it readily available and very decently priced based on current market value. You will not find any over priced nonsense here. If a game is worth a certain price, he sells it for what its currently worth and I respect that a lot because online prices are often becoming extremely over priced for certain games. That is impressive and by far the best retro gaming store I've been to in NY state. You will get plenty of great retro gaming deals at Mr Dealz that you can't find online. Went in to purchase a sofa & loveseat seat advertised on their website. Was in the store for over 20 minutes, sales people sitting behind the desk, not greeted. When I approached one of them, he told me that the set I was interested in was not available in Albany, just Connecticut. Even when I showed him that I narrowed my search to the Albany stores. He offered no further assistance. He was rude & definitely didn't want to make a CASH sale at all. I bought my entire living room set from another store that same day, better quality & less expensive. ~Brenda

Today I was helped by Mike B. As soon as I walked in he was ready to help and asked me what my needs were. He took the time to make sure I found the right mattress in my price range. The whole time he made me feel as though he was helping me find the best deal for me. I went in only looking for pricing, but was so satisfied I left purchasing a mattress and box spring. Overall very positive experience. ~sean

bought a queen size box spring a 3 weeks ago, then the bottom part came off, i called asking them nicely if we could swap it out because of the bad quality, or get any store credits, and the guy was "extremely" rude telling me that i cant exchange it, and telling me i have to take responsibilities for the damage. Anyways, people say you wasted your money but learned a lesson, just be careful before you shop. ~Ben

He made an excellent computer replacement suggestion, moved all my files from the old to the new computer, and has helped me on several occasions with problems and/or concerns. Excellent service.
