Best discount store in Albany, New York (NY) 2024

Went in to purchase a sofa & loveseat seat advertised on their website. Was in the store for over 20 minutes, sales people sitting behind the desk, not greeted. When I approached one of them, he told me that the set I was interested in was not available in Albany, just Connecticut. Even when I showed him that I narrowed my search to the Albany stores. He offered no further assistance. He was rude & definitely didn't want to make a CASH sale at all. I bought my entire living room set from another store that same day, better quality & less expensive. ~Brenda

This particular store is a headache, poorly stocked with the worst customer service ever! The FD store on central is better. ~Chris
