Best bedroom furniture store in Albany, New York (NY) 2024

Went in to purchase a sofa & loveseat seat advertised on their website. Was in the store for over 20 minutes, sales people sitting behind the desk, not greeted. When I approached one of them, he told me that the set I was interested in was not available in Albany, just Connecticut. Even when I showed him that I narrowed my search to the Albany stores. He offered no further assistance. He was rude & definitely didn't want to make a CASH sale at all. I bought my entire living room set from another store that same day, better quality & less expensive. ~Brenda

Today I was helped by Mike B. As soon as I walked in he was ready to help and asked me what my needs were. He took the time to make sure I found the right mattress in my price range. The whole time he made me feel as though he was helping me find the best deal for me. I went in only looking for pricing, but was so satisfied I left purchasing a mattress and box spring.
