They still have my car a week after I brought it in, to replace a part they claimed to have when I made the appt. Now they don't have it after all and haven't called once to update me. They won't send info to my insurance company or answer their calls. Throughly surprised because they have been so great in the past.

This is the worst service center ever! They are not helpful, people are disrespectful! They are just good for oil changes, anything major please stay away from this place. They dont know how to fix a thing! I purchased a brand new car and its pulling to the side, i went back to the dealership to have it aligned but after 4x attempts, my car is still going on its own way! Greg the manager is nothing but a joke, we asked to speak to him but he declined. I dont understand how is that customer service. We have a problem you were not able to solve and yet you dont have the decency to face your customers. This is the worst place to service your car ever!

I have been coming to this Honda for many years now for both purchase and servicing my car. I am very upset about the long wait, I have spent over 4 hours just for an oil change after having an appointment. I am not sure if it is now running under new manger but it is not encouraging for me to come back. Never use to need an appointment but now you do and may not even get it for the next day. NOT HAPPY! I am both tired and hungry. Service: Oil change

My son that is 20 years old got to service around 7:30/7:45am for a simple oil change. Around 9:45am I get a text the car is ready. I texted my son and said car is ready wait till they call your name. After 1 hour my son texted me saying they told him till they finished up his paperwork they will call him. He went towards the billing department and service department asking how much longer he did this four times. I called service twice texted the service person saying what’s going on. They all said when they finished his paperwork there’re call his name. I got into my car got to service at 2pm, asked the two ladies sitting in bills department asking for his paperwork. They both were on there phones chatting and eating unhealthy snacks. They looked at me like I was crazy. I went into service department and told me the car has been ready since 9:45am. The two ladies at billing had the paperwork in there pile of receipts. They didn’t say anything to me. My son and I left at 2:10pm. This is worse than motor vehicles. Added the car was purchased at that facility. I have emails and text of that day. It comes down to the two ladies eating and chatting on the phone that day. Bad service. Service: Oil change

I hesitated bringing my vehicle here for repair. I would have preferred to use my nearby mechanic. My car was flashing a series of warning lights. The customer service advisor warned to not expect the car returned for a couple of days. Lesson one...request a loaner. I had to wait 9 days and asking for a loaner afterward gets you nowhere. Lesson two...don't expect updates when promised. Lesson three...they protect the business interests but not yours. Unless you're accustomed to carrying a couple of grand in cash or your debit card, beware the 3% credit card surcharge. The cashier had the nerve to tell me there are signs everywhere...except at the cashier or on any of the receipts you get when you drop off your car. I went back and saw one at the customer service window that was the size of an index card. Don't expect any VIP services either...I have only been treated like a VIP by the original salesman and he's no longer at the dealer. Services: Electrical repair, Vehicle maintenance

I appreciate the excellent service I have been receiving from Millennium Honda (Tom K my service director). This is a well organized and orderly system put in place by Honda that truly gives me peace of mind every time I bring my cars. Truly appreciate the help and the full detail knowledge of what service is needed with my car and the step by step process of how to make things better.

The service department is getting worse!!!! Very poor customer service.. My son took his car for inspection today and left it there for the day bc of past experience he knew it would take the whole day….. anyhow he called service department around 3 pm to see if the car was ready and they said no…. Never got a call back but when he started calling they didn’t answer the phones therefore they closed and never called my Son to get his car… Now my Son doesn’t have a car until tomorrow but I am escalating this to the very top… Very poor customer service!!! Its just getting worse

THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON A SINGLE SERVICE ADVISOR- ANGEL- NOT THE BUSINESS AS A WHOLE. We bought a used Odyssey at Millennium Honda on 5/31. After bringing it home I noticed the right side mirror didn't go down when I put the vehicle in reverse. Reached out to the sales person who directed us to walk in to the service department to get a diagnostic done and replacement part ordered, if needed. Sounded easy enough. Our sales rep did provide us a name of a specific person to go to, which my husband unfortunately forgot. We showed up at the service center on the afternoon of 6/2 and was told to see a service advisor. After my husband waited for around 15 minutes inside to see a service advisor he found out they were backed up on diagnostics after Memorial Day and we'd have to leave the vehicle an indefinite amount of time for the diagnostic. I went inside because this sounded ridiculous and was told the same, after waiting for around 3 more minutes. So the vehicle we had bought 2 days earlier across the street, which went through the CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED HONDA process was defective (this issue should have been caught in the certification process) and now we had to waste an undefined amount of our time to get it fixed. After complaining to no one in particular, because no one had time for me, about how I bought this two days prior and had I known this was the type of service plan I bought for a couple thousand extra, I walked out. As I was calling my sales rep to complain, Angel ran out and greeted me. He was the sole reason I didn't immediately leave and go to Paragon's service department, and completely write off Millennium for the future. Angel came out, checked the problem, and ordered the needed part. Took less than 10 minutes. He called me when the part came in, and asked me what day and time I wanted to come in to have it fixed. He also gave me an estimate of the amount of time it would take to get the job done, which was close to the actual time it took. I don't know who actually did the job, but without Angel I wouldn't have waited for someone at Millennium to do anything. Angel is a fitting name for this advisor. If it was not for him this service department would have lost a customer, like so many others based on the other reviews. THANK YOU ANGEL! Service: Side view mirror repair

I had called to make an appointment for a regular oil change/service and was told I didn't need an appointment, I could just drive in any time. So I did only to find out it would be a 4 hour wait! I had not brought anyone with me to drive me home, so that took awhile. I live 30 minutes away and they close at 6:00. At 5:15 I still had not gotten a call that my car was ready, so we headed over there, arriving at 5:45. When I complained to the service representative that no one had called, he didn't want to hear it, just assuring me that it would be done and I should wait. It wasn't ready until 6:10 PM and then I grew concerned that they might have rushed through just to get home for the day! I feel that when they are extremely busy like that, they shouldn't accept more cars for service. And the way it works, you have already given them your car and it has been taken away by the time you find out how long it'll take! Other dealers have the service representatives right in the receiving bay and you talk to them at the time you are dropping off your car.
