As a regular thats been living in the area for 20 years. There is a worker named Joseph. He followed my friend to the fridge making her feel uncomfortable and i had to talk to him to lean off i didnt wanna say anything about this because earlier because i wanted to give him a chance. Today i stopped by with her and we said happy new years and were friendly he was on his phone and looked at me with an attitude. When i purchased stuff he asked if i wanted a bag im like sure. He told me there grab one and just sat looking at his phone while i bagged away. My friend doesnt like coming here and he knows it. When im with her we usually go to 711 on jerusalem because we feel uncomfortable with Joseph working. Thanks for downgrading ur staff.

The only problem is every morning the staff is more occupied talking to each other than getting the people out so we can get to work. Otherwise, everything else is good.

I stopped by there last week. Cashier had no face covering and a second employee didn't have his nose covered (yes, if someone has the virus, they can spread it through nose exhalations to other people including people who are wearing masks) Last night, I looked through the window to the same employee that wasn't wearing a mask now has a mask hanging around his neck and other employees had their masks below their noses, so I didn't go in. Keep healthy. Avoid this store

Since the new management and new ownership came in this is one of the best 7-11 stores in Hicksville, Awesome customer service , clean store and food is always fresh , will definitely shop here from now on!!

Dont even bother stopping here, the cashier is always in a bad mood and gives attitude like gtfo. If the owner is arrogant like other posts say from now on i will stop to another 7 eleven even if it takes me more time
