Please do not go to this location you’re better off going to a restaurant this location wait times are ridiculous it has been times I’ve been in the drive thru for a hour. It’s all kids who do not work they just sit a joke and they forget things that you pay for as well

They are still pretty good for drive through only ever had the breakfast bub, but is a favorite.

We go there twice a week and never have they got an order right. We pay for doubles and never get them. If we say anything we get attitude and rudeness. Have given to many chances and will not be going back! Wish that desoto had better workers!

This is one of my go to places when I am at my cousin house and running errands to get things done. This Whataburger gets us right. They gave me an apple pie with my order!! They know I love my number 1 with my buns toasted, mayonnaise, ketchup, little pink for the meat, all veggies and a sweet tea!! They get me right all the time!!😚😝

Was just there in the second drive-thru. Waited for 5 minutes only to be told that that side was closed and there was already two other people in the other one so why am I going to sit there and wait for someone else to order their food when I was there first horrible customer service

Management needs to teach their kid employees how to properly serve a drink via the drive thru. Don't overfill it, have it leaking out from the lid & running down the sides, then hastily hand it to the customer like that. Make a mess in the customer's car and that the fastest way you get yelled at. Had that drink been coffee, then that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Instead, teach your young fellow employees to, either, not overfill the drinks, or use some napkins to clean it up before having it to the customer. It's not that hard!
