I would have given this 5 Stars if they opened earlier. I pulled up at seven and was very disappointed to find them closed. They open at 8 AM and most people are at work by then. I’m sure that I am not the only one who would like to be able to wash the car before they go to work and not at the end of the day when the traffic is so congested. Service: Auto detailing ~Ya

Alejandra is incompetent and claims to be a manager. The only thing she seems to be able to manage is running her mouth. This location closed prior to closing hours and I never received my order. Not only do they refuse to refund my money they also refuse to remake the order. Employee present at the time I went in to talk to a manager even admitted an order was left. The employees leave whenever they want, lock the store and don't shut down online ordering. Save your time and money and go else where ~Chellz

The service at this location has deteriorated to the worst ever. I placed the order online and when I arrived 20+ minutes after placing it, I was told it was not even in the oven yet. I still had to wait 35 minutes for the pizza. None of the workers wore masks or gloves. One worker was scratching his arm while putting cheese and meat on the pizza. I caught his eye & asked him not to do that & he merely looked away. The person working the counter had long hair in a messy man-bun; no hair net. I will never go to this location or recommend it to anyone. ~trish

The customer service was horrible. The line was long 8 people in line, 1 server, 1 cashier (who kept scratching in his head), 1 cook, 1 person online, 1 girl wiping the counter (4x's before she took her break) and the manager who finally came from the in the 30min I was in there. The gentleman in line behind me said in the evenings it ALWAYS terrible. What this tells me is this store is poorly managed. Most businesses have a scheduling system to schedule staff during the BUSIEST hours! But when your company doesn't pay well (I am making a guess) you can only attract young folks with lesser work ethics than the over 38yr old crowd. Won't be going back to this location anytime soon. ~San

Worse shoe company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Waited on my shoes for a month and asked for a refund several times and never received it. Please stay away from this company if you can. If you just must have the shoes, please pay a little more for a pleasant experience and peace of mind. ~James

So, being new to the area I was looking for a new female Doctor. She's in my network. Never met her. I see her assistant P.A. and she's very nice. I know its 2020 and we are in a pandemic but I have a insurance co pay and I cant afford to keep going to appointments. I sometimes forget the staff knows we are on hold. I gave 3 stars because I dont know how hard all this is for them during this pandemic but I need better service if you're getting my hard earned money. ~Erinn
