Best meal takeaway in DeSoto, Texas (TX) 2024

The service at this location has deteriorated to the worst ever. I placed the order online and when I arrived 20+ minutes after placing it, I was told it was not even in the oven yet. I still had to wait 35 minutes for the pizza. None of the workers wore masks or gloves. One worker was scratching his arm while putting cheese and meat on the pizza. I caught his eye & asked him not to do that & he merely looked away. The person working the counter had long hair in a messy man-bun; no hair net. I will never go to this location or recommend it to anyone. ~trish

The service here was excellent! And the food , delicious! Our server was always close by and not once on her phone. She was so helpful and friendly also. This will be my OTB restaurant for now on! ~Patricia

Manager Amber always ensures I'm satisfied. She is polite & offers great suggestions. Had the cobb salad and it hit the spot on such a hot day.
