After 21 Years I left CITI... The customer service became the main driving factor for my departure. I took all my funds out, every last penny and went across the street (Chase). The long lines are horrible, representatives are very unfriendly, busy with other stuffs (on their phone). Unfortunately, CITI started charging me unexpected fees ($30) monthly, when I called customer service I was unable to understand, it seems like I was talking to someone from Mars. When I walked into the branch to get a little sense of understanding, the representatives was very unhelpful. Failed to adequately explain, and made me go wait on the teller line to pick up my check because I choose to close the account (only one teller on duty on 5/4/22 at 12:45pm). Simply in todays era, this is by far the worst bank. A whole new revamp or change of management is necessary.

Long lines all the time. Staff is really unhelpful. They usually have 1 teller working all day. Go during lunch or evening rush expect the line to go out the doors.

Kathia the branch manager! Was extremely helpful, She literally went out of her way to fix my payments issues. Quickly and promptly and resolved it in minutes .Which more banks have managers like her. Thankyou Kathia 👌🙏

Worst service ever. I stay one hour for new account but she just want to go early and she told me come on Monday just because she want to go. That was 1pm. That African tipe Liddy dont like the customer.

I have been a customer of this branch for the 3 + years that I lived in Hicksville. The customer service specially provided by Raymond is 5 stars! However I have to write this review with 1 star because of a factor that is unacceptable to me. Today I walked in to use the ATM and there was literally feces on the floor in front of one of the ATM. Accidents can happen but they need to be cleaned up right away! Hopefully an episode like this doesn't return! This is a family friendly neighborhood and this is a hard to health!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you have any sit down banking (like open a new account) to do. The woman who "helped" me was extremely difficult to deal with. She failed to explain herself properly and so there was a misunderstanding, which I get happens, but instead of trying to explain herself correctly and coherently, she looked to my husband to explain it. Apparently my little woman brain couldn't handle the information. She was hard to understand and interrupted when I tried to repeat. And she failed to tell us important information She just made the whole experience harder than it had be by not asking clarifying questions and assuming about a lot of things. Just go to a different branch.

Service? Branch manager had the audacity to tell me that cashing a check was actually a service they are providing & that she had no obligation to indicate why they were unable to cash a check!! Too bad I dont have an option for zero stars.

While I was withdrawing, the teller asked me what my occupation is. I told her I'm a student, exactly as I wrote when I opened up my savings account. Since I am an Asian, she thought I wouldn't be able to understand her, and started laughing with her co-worker and saying, "Student? That's sure a full-time job" etc etc. What's really scary is that's only a single slide of their horrible attitude toward their customer I had to experience since I opened my account in last December, 2015.
