The store has improved so much since new owners. Variety of goods is plentiful. Prices are reasonable. Clientele is very friendly and helpful. I needed balloons for my lil grandson's pre K frad on Tues. I was so glad to see the store was open early before the graduation where I was able to get a beautiful array of balloons so quickly and get there on time!

New owners , thank goodness all those horrible signs are gone!! Place is packed with variety store "stuff" way more product and a pleasant staff and everyone was helpful and friendly, imagine that! Hope they do well!

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience today while returning a $6.00 broom which broke in half on my very first use. The woman behind the counter decided to braid me with the statement “I haven’t had any of these brooms returned this is the FIRST” Now all of the women behind the counter chimed in with the cashier. I felt like they were accusing me of lying about how the broom broke. Again this was a $6.00 broom. I spend hundreds of dollars in that store yearly. I reluctantly received a store credit in which I will donate. So I suggest if you want to be humiliated in the bargain store then feel free to shop at Shane’s Dollar

Betsy needs an attitude adjustment,curses at customers, telling them that the store is closed when it is actually open.. beyond embarrassing if I had an employee work for me like that.. zero class, zero person,if you own the place..fire her.smokes outside when customers need help
