They literally don't season their food, it's like Latino inspired Tex-Mex food but made specifically for plain yt people that get made fun of in tiktok, no adobo or salt, nada. As far as chain restaurants go, Qdoba or Chipotle is miles ahead in terms of seasoning.

First time here and it was good! Grilled chicken is well cooked and their sweet potatoes are delicious! I was charged a “surcharge” but there’s no description for what it is. If it’s for payment with cards, it would be nice to have signs that explain that (like gas stations do)… Cashier was nice and attentive. Overall good experience!

Flavors are different from chipotle the Rice at Moe's is tasty the beans have that Latino flavor plus good customer service

In the past few years this Moes location specifically has gone down hill (i cant speak for the others). They cut ingredients from the guac, no longer have the same cups. Seems like they're cutting things but yet prices continue to go up. In addition, staff is not really friendly. We went in close to an hour before they closed. No steak, no onions, not even cups for fountain soda. I understand prices of everything is increasing and I am okay with that but don't cut other things in addition. You cant start skimping on quality and also raising prices to compensate for rising costs. its one or the other Ive been a customer almost weekly for years and have seen this going on progressively. Going to have to try chipotle

I came to this Moe’s before and my burrito was about the length of my forearms and it was good. I came here today and my burrito is the length of an iPhone 8. It’s a problem when you get a bowl and 52% of the bowl is made of air. I don’t know if it’s because it was almost closing time or if it’s because of the people but…

Customer service and food quality sucks! I went there tonight at approximately 7:45pm due to hunger desperation, big mistake. The woman (short light brown skinned Hispanic, looked under 25 years old) who put my food in the bag was so rude. She originally put my food in a paper bag and double it with a plastic bag, then looked at me and took it out the plastic bag. That right there could be conveyed into so many things. I asked the cashier for a plastic bag. With the exception of the male cashier and the lady who took my order, everyone was rude af. The drink and self-serve salsas area was disgusting. They had lemon and lime at the self-serve area without thongs or forks to get it out of the container. This just screams food contamination. Never will I go there again!

This is a good Moe’s location. I love that they have fresh jalapeños and cilantro as an option. They’re able to get people in and out quickly - there isn’t usually too much of a wait. One word of caution - this location doesn’t accept the T-Mobile Tuesday/Dining Advantage deal.
