It's Kohls. What's to say. Hire more cashier's to take our money, it's kind of insulting to have to wait on line 15 minutes with 30 people to ask you to take our money. Last time I saw this level of arrogance and disregard, was Sears... and, well...

Haven't been there for a while and was totally struck, in a very positive way, by their merchandise and prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will begin going there again, soon.

This was my first visit to kohl's in about 2 years. (Pandemic) Was a little disappointed. They remodeled. Hid the jewelry dept. Behind a large display of Sephora .. which is now a dominant part of the store. Maybe they sell a lot of cosmetic s. Also did away with the big and tall men's dept. I always spent a lot of money in that department. And the women 's department lacks name brands. Was always able to find Chaps. Wish they didn't change so many things.
