I am so sorry to any employee at this location that has to work under this god awful manager/owner. He interrupted a conversation I was having with an employee about an item to instruct the employee to do a written list of tasks. He forces them to give a sales pitch about a piercing cleanser and donations when checking out too. Even if you tell the employees no, they will keep pushing. This has happened to me three separate times at this location. It's obnoxious. So sorry to all the sales employees there, you deserve better and should not have to put up with that. They also will not let you touch the $12 piercings in the case yourself and give a sales pitch after every one you look at. Feels very intrusive and rude.

Probably just had the worst experience at a Spencer’s ever. I walked in with a friend and it seemed like as soon as we walked in we were just being followed the entire time. We picked up some earrings then walked into the back looking at some skirts that were on sale and the manager instructed the one employee to go watch us. So he started following us throughout the entire store. I felt very uncomfortable. And then I got a bunch of attitude when I told them I didn’t want H2ocean cleaner for a regular pair of earrings because I have my own sea salt solution. Very unprofessional here. Only cool chick was the one with black and red hair.

very swag I found a new rat for my rat shelf (hes the big black one in the middle) now they have even more friends 😼 👍 they also had a swag donation set up for breast cancer 😼 👍

Right when I was going to walk in with my husband a tall slender chick stopped us and said “We close the store in 3 minutes” and proceeded to block the entrance with a snarky face. I don’t know what type of policy this store has but every retail place I have been and worked for allows clients to come in regardless if it’s three minutes. If this is the service they show there customers in front of the store I can’t imagine how their service is inside. After that interaction I rather go to a different Spencer’s.

They had a large variety of Tupac apparel for me to choose from for my sister's memorial. I bought 3, 1 for me & 1 each for my brother & nephew. T-shirts of great quality. I've been shopping at Spencer's since they were "Spencer's Gifts"!

I have always liked this store. While I was shopping, there happened to be a man there who wasn't wearing his mask over his nose. One of the girls that work there asked him to please put his mask totally over his nose. He complied without complaints. I commend her for saying something because I've seen a lot of employees say nothing in other store thank you good job keep it up

One of the better stores in the mall in my opinion, has a wide range of stuff you can buy as a gift or just for your self. They have a wide selection of hats, t-shirts, glasses, etc. And if you looking for something marijuana related this is your spot, they have hats, glasses, shirts, Lava lamps, almost anything you could think of, even a pillow, staff are really nice and funny, and the art on the outside of the store sets it apaort from the rest. And some of the shirts that they have there are hilarious

Awesome selection of superhero hats. That was my main purpose of going to the mall and I didn't even think to check Spencer's at first. Very happy I did. Though the staff were not the most polite.
