poor customer service they had the part and the guy said he would not sell it his customers come first. even though they were over priced by almost 300.00 dollars.

Super helpful both in parts and service. When I brought my Truck in for service, they were more than happy to diagnose the truck at a very fair price. I’ve been getting my parts here for 2 years now and every time I call they do what ever they can to resolve my problem. And if you CALL ahead and let them know you will be there right before close, they waited for me 5 minutes after close since they are closed on the weekend.

I bought a beverage truck site unseen at auction that needed a new engine. Pat at Valley went over the whole truck, and gave me an honest evaluation. We had them install the engine, then had the truck delivered to us in New York. Our local mechanic here looked over the truck & agreed 100% with Pat's assessment... & that it was well worth putting the engine in.
