I recently got my cartilage pierced here. Not thinking getting it done by a gun was a bad idea. I’ve been cleaning it and all and it is now swollen and INFECTED. Brittney pierced my ear and i do not believe she cleaned it or changed the gun after me from doing my friend. NOT TO MENTION the girl that did it had to pierce my ear with the gun like 3 times before she could get it through. Kept getting it halfway through then removing it. Very unsatisfied at this point i’m taking my piercing out. Shouldn’t of trusted Icing and should of went to an actual pierce shop. ~Madison
