My 8th military move and this company did the worst of them all. Items were randomly packed, poorly wrapped (if they even bothered to wrap it), and jammed into moving crates with enough force to bend steel railings on an $800 grill. Numerous other items damaged, hardware missing from furniture they disassembled, and I'm still looking for power cords for televisions and other appliances. If you have the option to use another mover, DO IT. Edit: We're still continuing to unpack and still finding more and more damaged items. Everything from dishes and glassware, to entire pieces of furniture and home fitness equipment (our Peloton Tread sustained internal & external damage and won't even turn on). Most items aren't repairable and will have to be replaced entirely. I cannot begin to express how furious I am with this company's gross incompetence and lack of care for anything and everything they touched.

One of the absolute worst experiences in my life. I have never seen a less professional group of laborers / movers. Heavy garden items stored on top of plastic children's toys, broken glass, dented furniture, you name it. Workers came and left the job site, truck driver (lead mover) dropped off his trailer and then departed. Can’t believe this “company” is still in business. Refuse to book them if selected, advise you do not even let them in your front door.

We are a military family and have had a bunch of different companies move us over the years. This one is by far the best we've ever had!! They showed up on time and ready to go. They put our stuff exactly where we wanted it and even opened boxes and took the boxes and paper back with them. That was a huge relief since it's a pain having so many empty boxes lying around. The crew was awesome!! It didn't take them long to unload.

My complaint is Twin Oaks trucking company is taking all the area empty lots for storage of their junky trucks. They are parked all over i.e., Ames Plaza and off Sykesville Road. If you reside in the area, it truly takes away from the town and is an eyesore for the residents who live there (in the mobile home area and off Sykesville Road). It's great they're doing well financially and providing jobs for people but maybe they could expand their "own" lot for more trucks and install privacy fencing. Instead of taking all the Wrightstown lots so that we could have nice restaurants and shopping areas, the town has turned into Twin Oaks Trucking town. If I could give a zero, I would.

I never write reviews, but this place was horrible. They were late delivering my things which is understandable, things happen. However, they never called to let us know. We called the dispatcher Chris a few times with no answer and we also called their number for the warehouse with no answer. My husband had to drive up to the warehouse to see what was going on, just to find Chris sitting at his desk. As soon as my husband left the warehouse the movers came 20 minutes later. The movers were very friendly, but they rushed the entire time breaking and scratching some of our things. We than found out we are missing an item and when we call about it, Chris was very rude that we even brought it up to him. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I appreciate that this company has the owner come to your home and survey the job in person before preparing an estimate. That way there are no surprises the day of the move. The truck arrived promptly on our moving day with five pleasant and very hardworking movers. They carefully wrapped up all of the furniture and were quite efficient at loading up a home we had been in for over forty years. They were extra careful with the wood floors in both homes and with my piano. Nothing broke or got lost. We were very happy with our experience and plan to recommend Twin Oaks to friends who are considering a move. Bravo Twin Oaks!!! Services: Local moving, Senior moving, In-state moving

Selecting Twin Oaks moving company for our recent move from NJ to SC is one of the best business decisions that we have made in a long time. I interviewed 9 moving companies for our move. Mike was one of the few people willing to come to our home to provide an in-home estimate, and I liked his straightforward approach immediately. We wanted our furniture delivered to our home in SC during Memorial Day weekend, and Mike guaranteed that he could do so, several months before, and that is exactly what happened. The communication that we received throughout a stressful moving situation was superb, from Malissa and Orlando. However, special praise goes to our driver & foreman, Oly, who has been working with Mike for many years. Mike told me that Oly was the best in the business, and WOW, was he correct. Oly & his son KJ and the support teams on both ends were super professional, efficient & took great care of all of our furniture and our homes in moving everything. In fact, since we added some extra stuff to move at the last minute, some of our outdoor furniture needed to come a week later, and we got to spend more time with Oly & KJ again, who quickly felt like good friends. My entire family were sad to see then leave us this past Saturday. I can not recommend this company enough, accurate & great pricing, great communication & professionalism, and they really helped to make a stressful process, a lot less stressful. The gentleman that moved us were remarkable. Each and everyone of them took Great pride in wrapping, taking apart, and assembly of our future. Our furniture was stored by Twin Oaks for 4 days and was delivered by the same crew that moved us out. Again the gentleman took their time to unwrap, assemble, and place each and every item in its proper room. I Highly recommend Twon Oaks for anyone looking for a moving company. I must add each and everyone of the movers we had were professional, polite, and courteous, along with they all followed Corona protocol!
