I went there at 10:30 pm. Kitchen lights on. Drive thru light off parking lot off. Guy sitting in his car. Drove around the clearly not on drive thru and see three or four people in the kitchen drive thru window locked. Not working not doing anything just talking to each other. Called them. Girl picked up. Asked if they were open. She said no "we are short staffed" said that's bs when your door and website say open till 11. Maybe the least you could do is put a sign outside or change your hours on your website. This is not the first time either. Most times I go after 930 pm it's "closed". Poor night management and lazy night crew. They don't want to work. That's fine I will take my money to McDonald's or Taco Bell. Just pitiful.

Actually, I have eaten AT a Wendy's since I cannot eat IN one. Almost none of their restaurants have open dining rooms.

Was able to veganize a salad they offer and got the pomegranate dressing. It was sooo good! I don't remember the name of the salad but it had apples and dried cranberries in it. I also asked them to add onion to the salad as well.

very upset wit their service lately. always forget something in my order and of course i dont realize till i get home. extremely slow. waited 25 minutes and they gave us cold fries and forgot something we ordered... They need to start hiring reliable people. oh and half the time they serve stale old nuggets that i wouldnt even feed to my dog

Only drive thru is open still-long lines- some ppl are confused. (Traffic) Why can't some come inside to pick up food? (Not eat inside, just to pick up especially if order thru the app!)

It's decent. The service is somewhat slow occasionally, and they don't offer Google or Apple pay. Other than that, it's cheap, and quick food. They have limited time drinks that are normally tasty and worth the trip.

Burgers we're not fresh, taste like they sat in a drawer for an hour. Staff was couteous enough, facilities were decently clean, bathroom was we'll kept. Lettuce was mostly green, onions didn't taste fresh, but weren't bad. Just ok. Seems like it's all they want. I ordered without a bun they handled that well enough.
